The itinerary given to us was followed as planned.. All our drivers and guides were exceptional..They were very courteous and always showed up on time. I would recommend Inca Expert travel to anyone planning a trip to Peru or South America.

My husband and I had an amazing 10-day adventure in Peru, thanks in large part to the careful planning and constant support from Leila and the team at Inca Expert Travel! Their attention to detail, thoroughness, responsiveness, and hospitality were evident from the moment we reached out, and Leila helped us extensively to craft a specialized itinerary tailored to our specific interests that made for a highly memorable journey. From our time exploring Lima, Cusco, and the Sacred Valley; to an unforgettable 4-day hike of the Inca Trail to reach Machu Picchu; to discovering the amazing cuisine, history, and culture of Peru… we could not have asked for a better adventure. From the moment we arrived, our journey was seamless and of the highest quality - every private transfer, tour, entrance ticket, and accommodation was booked and ready for our arrival; the 5-star accommodations were top-notch (we particularly enjoyed Casa Cartagena and Sol y Luna); and every individual we encountered on our journey extended a genuine warmth that made us feel welcomed instantly. Ivan and our driver, Abel, provided wonderful private tours of Cusco and the Sacred Valley. It’s clear that Leila and the entire team here aim to provide memorable experiences for all of their clients, and we are grateful for all of their hard work and genuine hospitality that helped to create an unforgettable adventure. The trip was fantastic! Our tour of Cusco organized through Inca experts was informative and enjoyable. The infrastructure the Incas created is amazing.

The food recommendations were terrific. Every meal was delicious.

We can't believe the luck we had with the Inca trek. Our weather was beautiful which allowed amazing views every day. I cannot say enough good things about Alpaca Expeditions. Our guides Ivan and David were friendly and knowledgeable. Ivan knows so much and his love for the area and history are in every thing he does. The food on the trek was tasteful, artfully done, and amazing. I'm still trying to figure out how the chef does all that on a camping trip. The Chaquis were friendly and I can't believe how much they smiled with all those heavy packs. Truly a bucket list trip that lived up to the hype.

Leila @ Inca Expert Travel organized everything including last minute changes. Our transfers were smooth and they made everything easy.

Ego made booking our trip very seamless and helped ensure we did everything we wanted. He helped customize the itinerary to be what we wanted. I would definitely recommend booking through Inca Expert Travel if Ego will be doing your booking!

It all started with our great Travel Advisor Noelia, she helped plan a fantastic itinerary incorporated everything we wanted to do and see. She made herself available for all our questions and responded in a timely fashion. She helped us through every step of the planning and the complicated flights schedules from our home to Equador- Guayaquil and Galapagos, to Peru ( Lima, Cusco ,back to Lima) and back home.
Our guides throughout our experience were absolutely amazing and we never could have made it without them. We never expected to have private tours and drivers the whole trip, what a treat. The 5 Day/ 4 Night Galapgagos Islands tour on the Grand Majestic started our vacation off with an unforgettable experience, Food was excellent and guides were extremely knowledgeable . All activities were more amazing than the last. Safety was always a a high priority and we were well taken care of. There were some rough seas and despite having a patch I still required nausea medicine and a wrist band ( which crew provided). All traveling and check in to hotels went smoothly. Language was never a barrier with guides or hotel staff. Almost all Hotels were beautiful and comfortable and 5star quality except the one In Cusco but it was clean and staff were professional and helpful, however room was small and bed uncomfortable with street noise at night. We had a challenging itinerary and in future I would suggest a few down days to relax in between heavy activity days. Especially with Altitude change and both myself in my partner being over 65 yrs old.
Machu Picchu was amazing but a little more strenuous than expected but our guide helped me through and slowed the pace so I could enjoy it to the fullest.
Overall, I highly recommend Inca Experts to anyone planning a trip to South America.

5 days in Peru, coming from Bolivia, and the planning and communication were better than imagined. All hotels were perfect for us, tour guides felt like the best of the best, and all arrangements were timely and carefully handled. Three of us traveled (mom and two adult daughters), and every recommendation made was perfect.

Inca Expert Travel has made our trip to Peru easy. They arranged to have tour guides and drivers and printed instructions for us to follow we every step of the way. We will absolutely use Inca Expert Travel again!

Inca Expert helped us plan the perfect vacation to Peru and Machu Picchu. The tailored the trip for what we were interested. And once we were in Peru they made the travel incredibly easy and connected us with great guides. Our time in the Amazon was amazing and the Inca Trail was a once in a lifetime experience.

This was the trip of a lifetime! Melissa Schenk and the Inka staff crafted an expert itinerary customized to our needs and interests, and still hitting all the major highlights of Andean Peru. Guides, hotels, and transportation were of the highest quality. Remarkably, over a ten-day period everything and everybody was on time! I would recommend anybody thinking of a trip to Peru or other South American destinations should contact Inka Travel. 10 on a scale of 1 to 10!

I had used Inca Expert for a previous trip to Peru, and it was perfect. Everything was great. When my family decided to go to the Galapagos and Amazon this year, I again went with Inca Expert. The whole booking experience went well. We had some issues with getting our itinerary on the first day, but we did get it on the second day. We also had to decline an activity that physically our family could not do. Yet, we did get a refund. We would have preferred an activity, though. After we got home, I informed Inca Expert about this disappointment. They took our concerns seriously and informed me, with an official letter, that they were committed to making changes so that these issues didn’t occur again. They recently sent me two client preference questionnaires that are in the works. The questionnaires ask very detailed questions that will help them create the best possible vacation for their clients. I was so impressed by this. This truly shows that Inca Expert takes their clients’ best interests seriously. My family and I appreciate this very much. At the end of the day, we had a great time on our vacation. We had some hiccups, but Inca Expert was able to work with us to resolve them. If you wish to book with an agency, I highly recommend Inca Expert. They really do go above and beyond for their clients even after their trip is over.

Great experience, the company was amazing at coordinating our transportation while we were in Peru. They were very communicative and willing to change plans last minute. We felt safe and taken care of.

We had a great experience with Inca Expert for our trip to Peru. We are a family of 4 and we appreciated the seamless logistics and tour guide expertise. We planned and decided on our trip a bit later but Inca Expert was able to pull together a great itinerary that included all of the key aspects for the various tours, accommodations and movement/travel from place to place. Will definitely utilize them again!

We booked a trip to Peru through Inca Expert after having 2 different friends have fantastic experiences with them. We found an itinerary on their website that we modified to suit our interests (added some days of free time). We worked with Grecia Fuentes who gave wonderful suggestions and guidance. The guides were friendly, informative and passionate about their culture. The drivers personable and punctual. The hotels we chose (with Grecia's guidance) were fantastic! We would happily use Inca Expert for any future trip to South America and highly recommend them!

We were impressed with Inca Expert Travel organizing our complex 24 day trip itinerary from Quio to Galapagos, Lima, Sacred Valley, Matchu Picchu, Cusco and back to Lima.
Evetryhing was above our expectations:
- Immaculate organization and planning.
- Everything was on time and on schedule.
- Excellent guides in all locations.
- Excellent transfers from/to airport to/from hotels in very well maintained cars.
- Responsive support lines in all locations: Quito, Galapagos, Lima & Machu Picchu
- Melany was on top of everyhing even greeting us on arrival in Lima at 2 am (on delayed flight from Galapagos)

Inca Expert Travel was responsive, knowledgeable, and curated a wonderful trip for our family. The itinerary, sights, guides, and overall services were terrific. They delivered exactly the trip that we hoped for!

Inca Expert took care of everything and stayed in contact with us throughout our trip to make sure our experience was perfect. Max made great booking recommendations and the entire team made the trip as stress free as possible so we could focus on having fun. I would definitely recommend them.

Our trip was absolutely amazing!! The tours were top notch and exceptional! The responsiveness of the travel guides and company were outstanding everytime we had and questions or concerns!! And the accommodations for my dietary issues were always top notch! They did not miss a beat with anything!

Our guides on all of our tours were very knowledgeable. Ruth was exceptionally intelligent and just amazing!! She went far above and beyond with her help and guidance. We, thoroughly enjoyed her company, and her knowledge on the tours. All the guides were great! They all did perfectly but Ruth was very excellent!!

We worked with Max to plan a customized two week itinerary (Lima, Paracas, Huacachina, Sacred Velley, Cusco, and the Amazon). Max was a phenomenal advisor and a pleasure to work with. He had great suggestions for specific plans and how to best structure the itinerary. When we had to postpone our trip in April on several weeks notice due to a family medical emergency, Max and the operations team were so flexible and they were able to rebook everything in July with only a small travel insurance claim. So they absolutely stood behind their flexible postponement promise!! On the ground all of the logistics were handled flawlessly and the support team was just a “WhatsApp” away whenever we had any questions. We had an incredible time and would absolutely recommend Inca Expert to anyone planning a trip to South America! Thank you again Max!!

They picked me up from the Cusco Airport and followed their itinerary for the next 5 days, going from the Festival of the Sun in Cusco, through the Sacred Valley and then to Machu Pichu and then back to the Cusco Airport. They did a great job, all had to do was find a place to eat dinner. Their guides were excellent and they were available via their contact number when I needed them. I highly recommend Inca Expert Travel and would use them again.
