The driver was very professional and patient with us. The airline lost our luggage and he waited for us. I was very grateful since we had been traveling all night with little to no sleep. Definitely would recommend these services when traveling to Italy.

Great experience
Our driver, Gregorio, was very professional, courteous and friendly. The website for where we were staying gave a mistaken pickup address and he communicated promptly and clearly to make sure he arrived at the correct place. He packed our luggage including a fold up wheelchair efficiently and ported our items into our next residence. What could have been a stressful day was turned into a very pleasant and worry-free experience.

Outstanding Service
Came across InTime when looking for a car service for my trip to Italy. I ended up booking 3 transfers between airports and a train station. Every driver was early for pickup with clean cars and got us to our destinations perfectly. Stefani was also amazing with booking help and changing some logistics. 10/10 will use again on our next trip!
