I have the problem that backups will never be finished. I want to backup 4 directories and it stops at 13 %.

I have experienced several recurring issues with the application, especially regarding syncing and launching at Windows startup. At times, the app does not open no matter how many times I try to launch it or close lingering background processes, forcing me to restart my computer just to access the app’s settings again.

I have also encountered problems when using options such as “Always keep on this device” and “Free up space.” These issues prevent content from uploading properly to the cloud and require me to restart the application, without any guarantee that the problem will be resolved.

Although I do not intend to spend money on gacha-related features (joke), I hope these stability, syncing, and overall performance issues will be addressed in future updates.

I have tried one of the plans and after noted that the uploading amount was too little to my nead I told them I want a refund. After some time of e-mail going back to the me and the company I have received the amount I have payd. thank you.

Internxt might be the worst online drive ive ever used, the synchronisation is really buggy, so many projects and files from my computer hast been deleted or corrupted and theres no support.

Do yourself a favor and get anything but this garbage

I’m very satisfied with Internxt’s service. The platform is easy to use, secure, and reliable. What really stood out to me was their customer support — fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They were flexible and understanding, which made the whole experience very positive. Highly recommended!

The Connections are very instable and it is mostly disruptive. unable to use it is not helping.

I purchased lifetime plan with CLI/WebDav in October 2024 access for 380EUR. A while afterwards they removed CLI/WebDav from the plan and told me that I need to pay additional 480 EUR (after discounts) to upgrade to the new plan where CLI is available. Without CLI it's unusable for me. No more internxt

For reference, I started on a stack social lifetime plan and upgraded to the ultimate plan to gain access to additional features. This was absolutely the right move as my experience has been excellent since upgrading my plan.

The value in features and cost/TB in storage is unparalleled at higher storage tiers. I've been able to get consistent 50-60MB/s upload speeds which is plenty reasonable for this type of service. I haven't done a ton of testing for download speeds, but they also seem reasonable so far. (using gigabit connection)

When contacting customer support a couple times recently, I've received responses within 1-2 business days which is on par or better than support for other services these days. I've also been happy to see Internxt reaching out to the community for feedback and ideas for their feature roadmap.

There seem to be a number of vocal users who bought a stacksocial plan and complain when they don't get more than they paid for... but I'm hoping Internxt can continue to effectively communicate with their broader customers and find ways to rise above the negativity by highlighting their successes.

I'm currently very optimistic about the future of the Internxt platform and if I'm able to maintain my current services/features, then I'll continue to be a very happy customer.

My experience with your service has been terrible. When I subscribed to the storage service, I did so to avoid buying a physical hard drive and to be able to access my files from my devices. However, I cannot rely on leaving a queue of files uploading or downloading because errors occur at any moment. Not to mention the multiple authentication errors that happen frequently. As a result, I had to find another service, and I haven't experienced those problems with it.

I found an iPhone a pretty big bug that prevented the app to open but the customer support helped me with the right information

Downloaded some sketchy zip file off a link in a youtube video description and i decided to use this site to check the files if the have some virus in them. The site said no viruses found so i thought ok, then this zip file is safe...I got a whole ass TROJAN. A virus file checker didn't notice a TROJAN. This site is NOT trustworthy for checking files if they're safe, NEVER using this site again. If i didn't immidiately search how to get rid off a trojan, all of my data and info woud be stolen by now, because some site mistakingly said that a TROJAN file is safe!

I purchased the Premium plan expecting a reliable cloud storage experience. After waiting over 24 hours to upload 150GB, the process got stuck and never completed.
When I looked for alternatives (CLI, WebDAV), I found out these are only available on the Ultimate plan. Trying to upgrade showed full prices with no discount, which felt like a bait-and-switch.
I requested a refund under their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. I sent two emails over several days and have received zero response.
The product underdelivers and the support is non-existent. I'd recommend trying other providers before committing here.

In general, it’s been a good choice for private storage. It might not try to replace every features, but it does exactly what I need to keep my files safe and easy to get to.

Good prices but few adjustement will be great in the future. the upload and download systems can be more stable and performing.

rclone is a great addition. Looking forward to more additions.
