Paid but not delivered
I ordered flowers for an important occasion whilst I was on holiday. Four days later there are still no flowers. Four requests for a response and my money back and still nothing.

Worse experience. Ordered flowers for my sick sister, lying in the hospital im Spain. They took the money (53 euros), but never delivered the flowers. They never contacted me, and have not replied my several messages. Really bad business

Reliable service
I’ve used Interflora several times and they always provide a great service: reliable, professional, and consistent worldwide.
The bouquet I received on behalf of my son, was absolutely wonderful, beautifully arranged with bright sunflowers and stunning salmon-coloured roses. The flowers were fresh, elegant, and made a perfect surprise. I wasn’t present at the moment of delivery, but the delivery person intelligently left the bouquet in safe hands at my neighbours’ place, and they kindly handed me the flowers the following day. The bouquet was perfectly protected in a box and arrived in excellent fresh condition.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality flowers and dependable international delivery!

Terrible
Terrible, it’s been days with no sign of the flowers and no help or feedback as to why. The customer support system sends you in loops and is clearly fake or understaffed. They guaranteed delivery for Mother’s Day which was 6 days ago, still nothing. Enjoy my €60 👍

The parcel never arrived
The parcel never arrived. My mother never received the flowers I had ordered. I live abroad and the incident may the day even sadder than it was already.
I tried to contact their costumer service through whatsapp and e-mail but I never got an answer.
I tought that a company as big as interfloa would be trustable but it seems an scam.

Según el informe de nuestro transportista, la dirección de entrega proporcionada está incompleta. Dada la naturaleza perecedera de las flores, nos vemos en la obligación de cancelar su pedido.
Le confirmamos que el reembolso correspondiente al importe total del producto floral de su pedido ya está en proceso. Esta operación aparecerá en su cuenta en un plazo máximo de 48 horas o a final de mes si realizó el pago con tarjeta de débito diferido.
