Not at all family friendly.
We attended as a family of four and unfortunately found the experience disappointing.
The session felt rushed from the outset. While the game itself became enjoyable once we understood it, there was very little staff support. At key moments, staff were not available to help or guide us, which took away from the overall experience.
The most frustrating issue was the scoring. The entire concept of the game revolves around scores, yet we were not told ours at the end. We were informed they would be emailed instead. No email was ever received.
When I contacted the company to follow this up, I was told the scores had been deleted at our request, which is simply not true. The response from the manager, Lewis Liu, came across as dismissive and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration.
This was particularly disappointing for our children, who were excited to see their scores and understand how they had performed. That was the main incentive for them throughout the game.
At around £90, this did not represent good value. The combination of a rushed experience, lack of staff engagement, and poor customer service means we would not return. I would not recommend this venue for families.
