Hverdag.dk is a great website. The order was ready in a few hours and the prices are great. The only problem was that the order was sent to a different pick up point than the one selected. Otherwise, the overall experience was 5 out of 5.

Beware of the fraud
Beware of the fraud. This company is fraud. They will activate membership and subscription without even telling you and then steal your money.
Who wants to pay 99 DKK every month to save 20-30 DKK? They are cheats. They stole over 1000 DKK without telling me, and then say we will not refund it.
STAY AWAY.
Pas på svindelen. Dette firma er bedrageri. De vil aktivere medlemskab og abonnement uden selv at fortælle dig det og derefter stjæle dine penge. De stjal over 1000 kr. uden at fortælle mig det, og siger så, at vi ikke refunderer det.
Hvem vil betale 99 kr. hver måned for at spare 20-30 kr.? De er snydere.

I only ordered once as a guest.
So I am unable to cancel Membership.
ONTOP of that they changed me 99dkk even in the month I bought that ONE time (eventhough they promised 30 day free). This month they charged me TWICE for monthy membership.
So I ofcourse tried to login to "cancel" membership but surprise surprise the website claimed my email wasn't connected to their website, but they still charge me!
This website is a scam. Even if it costs you more another place to get certain products, order it there instead of this CRAPPY site.

And the reply here is BS too. It says on the website at login that my email is not a "member" but I still get charged. I will tell everyone online about this website and the lack of service and them charging you even if you don't have a "member" account.

Unfortunately, from the information you provide here, we cannot find you in our system team.
You can shop on our website either at the member price or the normal price, if you choose the member price you will be informed about the membership throughout the purchase including on the front page, on the product page, in the basket and on the order confirmation you receive by email after the purchase.
The amount will appear on your bank statement every month.
There is no scam, we inform as I said and you can choose the normal price and not have a membership.
We8 are sorry that you have not been aware of the information we have provided and which you have accepted in the membership terms that must be ticked off before you can get to the payment.

Good prices, fast delivery and best of all - easy to unsubscribe from membership.
I don't have anything bad to say about Hverdag.dk - My order was accepted promptly and delivered within 2 days. I had imagined the membership being sort-of-a pain to quit, given how it usually is, but this was literally just one button - and I received a confirmation email instantly.
I would use it again and consider a permanent membership.

I ordered item that was available online,waiting over 2 weeks and what I got is the email they don't have the item,couple days ago I wrote the email that if they don't have the item then I want my money to be refunded as I need the item for my trip next week what I got is same email again that they dont have item,so again I have answer that I want money refunded and nothing. We can see that the order you mention is back from April.
We have been in contact with you via email and your order was cancelled at that time.
As explained, when you place an order an amount is reserved from your account until the order is shipped.
In your case the order is cancelled and therefore the amount is never withdrawn therefore no refund can be given, the reserved amount will be released.
There are different delivery times on the products, it is stated on the product page, we send text messages if they unfortunately should be sold out from the supplier.

The package is delayed
The package is delayed. Moreover, the company did not inform about the delay and did not send any link about the delivery info untill I messaged. When I asked about the complain form about the delay, to give some feedback the company did not give acess to any form instead denied any delay and denied any problem.
The package was bought on 24 of July Morning (Friday- working day) and delivered on 30 of July.
The expected delivery is describe on the website to be from 1-4 working days.

We have shipped it from the 29th to the 30th of June.
It has been 2 days delayed and of course we apologize for that we do our best to get everyone's package out on time, but everyone can fail.
The parcel is therefore not delayed for 5 days as you write.
We can see that you picked up the package on July 1st.
