I recently bought a MacBook Air in sky blue from Humac’s website for my daughter’s birthday. The process was very smooth with several payment and delivery options, it’s delivered in solid and safe packaging and everyone in the family liked it.

I had a few issues with the purchase; I’ve been to three shops and, to be honest, the service wasn’t what I’d expected. I feel like you have to go to them with a solution, rather than them offering you possible solutions to the problem. I’ve bought a mobile phone, so let’s hope it’s a good purchase.

Very disappointing experience. Humac lists iPhones as available on their website, but after ordering, it turns out they don’t actually have them in stock. There were almost no updates about my order, and customer service was very difficult to reach and unhelpful. Overall, misleading availability and poor communication.

Item was shown in stock but can't deliver within the suggested 1 to 3 day dispatch timing so had to cancel my order.

The noise cancelling on the airpods pro 2nd gen is actually scary good. I can't hear my coworkers at all anymore

I recently purchased a MacBook from Humac and I'm very happy with the entire experience. The online ordering process was fast, and the payment went through without any issues. Delivery took only 2 or 3 days. The MacBook itself is working perfectly. What truly stands out about Humac compared to other Apple retailers is the 3-year warranty included with the purchase, and that kind of coverage adds genuine long-term value. Strongly recommended if you're looking for a reliable place to buy Apple products in Denmark.

Very fast delivery

The product was delivered quickly. I wish there was a free delivery option. I am not very happy with it because the colour is not exactly the same as on the picture but I was calculating that I would lose the delivery fee and pay another return fee, so I will have to evaluate this before I decide whether to keep a product that I am not fully satisfied with or to lose money by returning it.

Airpods not on stock, expected re-stocking 3/4 weeks but not confirmed, I sent an email to support to follow up after 3/4 weeks (when I noticed that they were "in stock") then before they answer the Airpods were sent and their answer then was the Airpods have been sent. It feel a bit shady but at the end I got my Airpods I just needed to remind them that I had an order awaiting.

10 weeks wait time to get an iPhone? With Humac expect to wait months. Then it’s your responsibility to chase them to get updates. If you end up cancelling your order like I did, expect to wait more than a week to get your money back. It’s hard to believe that this company is still in business. It’s difficult to reach them, as a customer you do all the leg work, and then you don’t even get what you ordered. Don’t ever think of buying an iPhone from them it’s a waste of time, energy, and nerves. Just buy directly from Apple.

They show online product is available in their shop in Magasin. I go to shop, they say not available. Also rude attitude

It's been more than a month that I've made a purchase, which Humac hasn't confirmed and won't reply my emails to the customer service. Also, when I try to ring their phone, I can't seem to be able to contact the support because it's always with technical issues or they suggest to contact them in the email. Really terrible service and I hope to never buy from Humac again.

I have ordered iPhone and paid/ and they have to send it from 1 to 3 days. I ordered my iPhone 1 December and I haven’t received the phone til today! Thin i call the customer service first after 4 days from my order they says the the order will be delivered to you tomorrow. Thin I wait more thin 3 days.. and thin i call them yesterday morning and thin they says that was mistake from the store that way that haven’t sent the phone … but if you want you want you can pick up your phone from one of our shops. But I have to pay for the phone in the shop . And then we can canceled the order you have made online. And the money will be in your account in 5 days work … i think that so stupid … I have to pay for the phone for I pick it !!! + that the mistake from your store. And then you cancel the order I have made it online from 10 days. And thin the money will back to my account in 5 days….. so stupid

I have used Humac on vesterbrogade for all my company's purchases. Over the years, easily in excess of 2 to 300 000 Kr. I went in today with air max headphones that were broken. The man in the shop was helpful, but could not offer any discount on a new pair despite the amount of money used in the shop. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Why treat a loyal customer this way, and not be flexible to keep my business. I will never use this shop again unless their stance changes, and they will lose out on many more 100 000Kr of income. Excellent Apple deals and customer service.

Acceptable. Prices sometimes higher than competition. The email customer service is very slow.
