The structure is realised in steel…
The structure is realised in steel profiles which are screwed together with bolts! The alignment between the through holes and the threaded holes is poor and you must struggle a lot to connect multiple structures together! The profiles are not perfectly straight and this causes an issue when it comes to aligning holes

You don't have a phone number where to call, it is really strange that I don't receive it immediately the return label, I have sent an email because you haven't sent the return label after more than 5 days, but no answer.

This is a fraud company
This is a fraud company , they sent me a damaged center table and told me I will get my refund after I send it back. It's been 1 month and no reply from them about my refund. They don't have a phone number to contact them and they don't reply to emails. I will file a case against them.

Dont trust them
I ordered a sink from them as they could deliver in 1-3 days. I ordered Tuesday, and they shipped late Thursday after I checked in with them. They said they would deliver Saturday - a day their delivery company don’t deliver. They deliver with gls. Last minute I got it organised we could be home Friday to receive it. But the driver never knocked the door, just parked a few minutes around the corner. Fine we asked them to sent it to a delivery point then, as we needed the sink.
That took them from Friday to Tuesday. Very interesting they delivered to a closed pick up point - which wasn’t told anywhere u til we made it there.
Wednesday we could finally get our product. 8 days - not 1-3.
It’s been a week ago I asked for huismerken to make a complaint with gls and that I as a customer is frustrated. Still waiting for customer service to respond.
I can understand things happen but not all these events. I could have ordered from many more places for my leaking sink replacement. They only got my buisness due to quick delivery.

We hebben uw zending nagekeken. Het pakket is op 11 juni verzonden en uiteindelijk beschikbaar gesteld bij een GLS ParcelShop, waar het op 17 juni is afgehaald. Uit de trackinginformatie blijkt daarnaast dat er mogelijk een onjuistheid in het opgegeven adres zat, waardoor de bezorging niet helemaal volgens plan verliep.
Dat neemt niet weg dat de levering langer heeft geduurd dan verwacht en dat begrijpen wij goed. We nemen uw feedback mee in onze evaluatie van het bezorgproces met GLS.
We hebben u daarnaast per e-mail benaderd om samen de situatie nog even door te nemen.

UPDATE: Wij zijn nu terugbetaald...een jaar later ondanks mijn twee slecht reviews, anders er is geen klantenservice via Email of Telefoon...OPGELET!
UPDATE IN ENGLISH: We finally received our money back...one year later thanks to my two bad reviews here on Trustpilot, otherwise there is absolutely no Huismerken.nl customer service via Email or Telephone...BE WARNED, terrible service!

Je hebt gelijk. Dit hadden wij veel eerder moeten oplossen.
We zien dat er meerdere keren contact is geweest over bestelling #71021 en dat twee pakketten niet zijn geleverd. Ook is jullie verzoek om terugbetaling te lang blijven liggen. Dat is onze fout en daarvoor bieden wij onze oprechte excuses aan.
Wij gaan dit nu rechtzetten en de bestelling crediteren. Bedankt dat je dit nogmaals onder onze aandacht hebt gebracht, ook al had dat natuurlijk niet nodig mogen zijn.
