Complete fraud
Complete fraud. Charged immediately then when Dr failed to contact me in the defined time frame I asked to cancel process for lack of respect for my time. They never shipped any product, didn't even get to that point but refused to refund my money. I've filed a complaint with the State AG and encourage others to do the same. Company is a fraud and should be held accountable.

This is a review about customer service and business practies. I tried this product and it didn’t work for me. I was on the auto ship program so i canceled auto ship on about 9/22. On about 10/22 I received on email that my credit card was charged and my order was on it’s way. I contacted customer service and they would not refund my money and as of 10/28 they still have not canceled my account. They keep sending me emails trying to adjust my dose even through i directly asked to cancel my account
