This is not a genuine Swiss business but a Chinese one with fraudulent business practices using a Swiss address as cover.
Despite the fact that Helvia Shop has a Swiss web address and the address (VH Group Sàrl, Rue de Bourg 27, 1003 Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland) showing on their web site is Swiss, this is not a genuine Swiss but a CHINESE business using a Swiss address as cover.
As they don’t have a warehouse in Switzerland or the EU they ship everything with YANWEN directly from China which explains the unreasonably and extremely long delivery times. According to their shipping policy their delivery time is 6 to 9 business days but it took them 14 days (10 business days) to deliver my order.
They don’t provide an invoice as proof of purchase even after repeated requests, instead a confirmation email is sent after the payment is made.
According to their 14-day return policy to initiate a return, customers should contact them upon which request the return address will allegedly be provided by Helvia’s customer service. Despite contacting them several times after receiving my order they ignored my request to return the item I ordered.
Even though I paid full price for the item I purchased be aware that nearly all items on their web site are on sale and according to their refund policy they do not accept returns on sale items.
As Helvia Shop is reluctant to provide an invoice as proof of purchase and keeps ignoring my request to return the item I ordered I am now reporting them to the Swiss authorities.
I advise everyone not to buy from this dishonest company.
