When you need to renovate they didn't inform IPC increases and they don't allow you to cancel before 1 month, very dissapointing, what you could expect from something that came from bad owners.

I ordered a new car insurance to start in 6 weeks with them, the process was surprisingly quick and simple compared to other insurers in the past. Let's hope they are equally good if I ever need assistance, we'll see.

Every thing was ok until they started…

Every thing was ok until they started to ask me to download things which I don’t know how to do and when I tried to phone them that’s when I realised there is no phone number so you can only contact them through email or text which takes for ever ! Their price reflects this ! Cancelled my policy and now with a uk company with a call centre. Just had a reply from Prima ! In SPANISH 🤦‍♀️
