My experience with hello asia is very different some products sent were either almost off or expired food entirely when I first ordered but I have to say the latest order I received was just the ginger dried that was off and the other products were very great and I enjoy ordering from hello asia and won't change at all but order from them so we all make mistakes and we continue our customer and company relationship for many more years thank you for your your products they are extremely helpful and good to consume

Dear Mrs Armstrong,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your kind words about our products.
For transparency towards our customers, we would like to clarify that Hello Asia operates exclusively in Switzerland and delivers only within Switzerland. According to Trustpilot, this review originates from South Africa, which suggests that the experience described may relate to another company with a similar name.
Regarding the dried ginger, all batches currently sold by Hello Asia have a best-before date until 2027. In addition, best-before dates are clearly indicated on each product page, and all products are checked both digitally and manually before shipping.
