Ordered x2 name bracelets in the gold…
Ordered x2 name bracelets in the gold vermeil, one with each of my daughter’s names on them. They arrived and I was happy with them however within the first week one of the two bracelets bent out of shape putting my newborn into her car seat. I reached out and was told this was not covered under a type of warranty and so I would have to pay to receive a new one. Fast forward 3 months the second bracelet has also bent out of shape and where I have worn it for the whole time it’s also started to discolour. Note: due to having a newborn I don’t wear any perfumes or lotions. Overall I am super disappointed with the quality of the items considering I paid £90 in total and both were unwearable by the time I’d finished paying my Klarna on them!

Any item that breaks due to a manufacturing fault is covered under our warranty, however unfortunately as the item was caught and bent out of shape, this would class as accidental damage, which we are unable to cover under our warranty.
We fully understand how frustrating it can be when items are accidentally damaged, so we did offer a replacement of your item with a small fee to cover the cost of doing so, which you declined.
To address the other issues reported -
In your recent emails, you explained to us that just one of your bracelets had been caught and bent. There was no mention of any discolouration or a second bent bracelet. We'd be happy to investigate these new issues for you if you'd like to reach out to customer services.
