I think HARD'N'HEAVY is a very good company to get edgy and fierce stuff that I like to get every now and then. I never ordered anything from them that wasn't extremely cool or striking to look at.

Would be five stars but the blouse I ordered was a bit too small and so I'll have to figure out what to do with that - if it had some stretch for some give then it would have been perfect. I love the look of what I ordered but it's not particularly wearable without risking tearing seams :(

I think if I went up a size to xxl then it would be perfect, don't know if I can be traded in or what.

I ordered a pair of New Rock Shoes a few weeks ago and they finally came in today! I love them so much and they feel perfect. The only issue that I faced with these was the shipment delays. These were supposed to be delivered this past Friday. Long story short, I am so glad I got them! Hard'N' Heavy is amazing and they have good communication. Whenever I have a question or they ask me, they always respond in a timely manner. Thank you HNH for these shoes and for all you do!!!

Vest got here at a decent time in great condition and it looks even better than I expected. Will for sure continue buying here.

The products are great. The shipping can be a pain due to customs/shipping delays etc, but there's nothing to do on the vendor side. What's really incredible is H&H customer service. When I had a sizing issue and then had to return/exchange/deal with customs etc, the team has been extremely helpful and did their best to resolve. So I'll chose that over any issue that can come up during shipping!

I bought two mens shirts and they were both very well made and beautiful, however, one was not as I expected it to be and I asked to return it for a refund. The service was excellent and swift. A very good company, I wouldn`t hesitate to use again.

The shirt is great took a little while to come in but i think that was mostly usps.

The sizing was child-like. The sewing was unproportional. The white stripes on the shirt were pink like they had a problem when dyeing the shirt. And they make it IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund.

These are the very first custom boots i have ever bought, i feel in love when i saw them, and i wasn’t disappointed. They are so well made and look amazing on. I will be wearing them to the BTS concert this summer and can’t wait to show them off. The fit was perfect, i got the 6.5 and i will be able to wear good socks or insoles if i want. I am so happy with this purchase.

I ordered a gothic underbust. Very well made, looks like the picture. I was a little anxious that this page is a scam after reading reviews on Reddit, but it’s not. It arrived faster than I thought, without problem. I was afraid, that the quility will be like Shein or Temu, but it’s better! Excellent details on the item

I ordered a gothic long sleeve top. I followed the sizing chart and it fits perfectly. The quality is great and it looks exactly like the picture. No issues with delivery, it actually arrived earlier than I expected. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Amazing store! I have recently rediscovered my alternative roots and used this site predominantly to build up my updated wardrobe. Their velvet shirts are amazing and look sleek and stylish as well as giving a dark vibe I've been looking for, I bought some trousers from them that look industrial but with a modern touch and the fabrics are quite good although the hajariku pants I got are a bit fragile but I think that's just the design. The only thing I'd fault is the waiting times for the products but I understand that they are probabily very busy. Currently waiting on some platforms and counting the days. The staff are very polite and nice when handling my queries too. I'd recommend HardnHeavy if you are going for a victorian gothic style or industrial gothic look or maybe even want to mix it up and be creative with it. Looking forward to buying from them again. x

Fraudulent business – Selling rebranded Shein clothes

Stay far away from this shop. They are engaging in highly deceptive practices by purchasing cheap garments, removing the original tags, and sewing their own labels in to pass them off as high-quality, expensive items. The quality of the products is terrible, and the pricing is a total rip-off. This is fraudulent behavior and a complete scam. I have demanded a full refund for both the order and the return shipping cost. They won't cover the return cost even though The item I received does not conform to the contract of sale. Under EU Directive 2019/771, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity, and I am entitled to a full refund, including all shipping costs incurred.
