Ordered one book to be delivered to a pick-up point. It never arrived, I've opened a claim twice. The first time the claim was closed as the minimum number of days (was already more than a week) didn't pass. The second claim I've opened is now more than 10 days outstanding and I still haven't received an answer. This is just ridiculous

Bought a CD from them through Discogs. Listed as a fairly new seller with more negatives than good ratings, I decided to buy as the CD was considerably cheaper then I could source elsewhere.Very quick postage from Spain to the UK, CD as new condition, great price & well wrapped.Can't review on Discogs as closed my account due to regular incompetence, but would recommend highly based on my experience...............Thanks.

I bought a book and it took almost a month to arrive. On top of that, they do not let you know about custom costs which increased the price in around 50%. The only good thing is the customer service area. I do not recommend this seller.

Bought one book from this company. Received the book in my mailbox. The book's condition corresponds to the description. Nothing to complain.

You keep sending me these requests. I have already answered. Please stop.

Bought a Tarot deck that had one card missing when it arrived.
Absolutely no customer service

Easy transaction. It arrive well ahead of the estimated arrival date.

Scammers. No way to contact them after paying and non delivery. They just have a chat bot on a loop and Instagram they don't respond to. Avoid them.

I have bought a book, paid for it, was supposed to be delivered in 7-10 days. It has been 3 weeks and I have not received it.

Unfortunately didn’t check the reviews beforehand. Bought what was supposed to be a 1st ed. hardcover book in very good condition at a reasonable price. What came was a scrappy and badly ink-annotated paperback. Complete ripoff.

I ordered a book more than a week ago. It was in stock, it said to deliver within 24-48 hours, and haven't received anything but a confirmation e-mail of my order. Customer support is unreachable..

Hamelyn accept books when they are scanned. Once you've sent them the books, they only accept some of them. They don't pay for the rest, but they keep them. I've tried to contact them to no avail. I want my money or my books back.

Cuando escaneas libros, los aceptan. Después, hay un número de libros que no aceptan, no te los pagan, ero se los quedan. Eso es un engaño. En las condiciones, decían que los devolvían, pero si miras ahora, las han cambiado. Mienten y engañan.

Disaster. They accepted 35 out of 56 items. All of the cds were in great condition. Why were some accepted and others not!!!!!!!!!!
Total f##ing rip off!!!

I was able to find a book second hand that is not easily found, even brand new. The cost was affordable and the shipping was fast.

Hamelyn has a good selection and excellent prices.
But they don't seem to want to sell books.

You enter a title; and they say start at intro. But nowhere does it say intro.

You try again; and they say you need to be logged in to buy But nowhere does it say login.

Room for improvement, friends!

They rejected 11 CD's.

Their terms and conditions said they would contact the seller and give the option to have the rejected items sent back or donated.

We wanted them sent back.

They said that was not an option.

We sent them a copy of THEIR terms and conditions.

They answered, "Please send the link where you found those terms and conditions."

We went to the page AND THEY HAD CHANGED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!!!

They change them and then ask for the link????

We will be filing an official complaint.

Absolute disaster and took weeks to get money back and it was only 8,66. Delivery company they chose claimed they had tried 4 times to deliver which is impossible as I work from home and don’t go out during the day except at weekends. Then they wanted to wait until the cd was returned to them before refunding. The company obviously used either a man and a donkey or a carrier pigeon as this took almost 3 weeks. Then came the endless saga of no response to emails until the threat of snatching it via the bank. Then they said we will refund this is an oversight, refund but they cancelled it and finally today break through and refund. Don’t ever use them is my advice
