I purchased a pair of Mizuno running shoes for nearly 1000 DKK. After only 5 months of use, a hole developed in the front of the shoe. I contacted Kaiser by email, and they asked me to visit their shop so they could take a closer look. However, when I went there, the staff member barely inspected the shoes for a few seconds before dismissing my complaint, saying it was likely my fault, possibly caused by my nails.

I explained that I have never had this issue with other running shoes, and I always keep my nails trimmed, so this reasoning made no sense. For the price I paid, I expected much better durability and customer service.

My point is if you can’t solve the issue for your brand and all you can do is to put all the obligation on customers nails there is no point of buying from you. You all can get same product from different shop in less price. At least you will get better customer service.

Excellent friendly service. The guy who helped us took his time and was thorough and thoughtful and made my daughter feel comfortable doing the running test. We found some good shoes too.

Service was amazing and very professional! She took time for analyzing my flexibility and stability and suggested fitting running shoes from which I chose the best based on the running analysis and her advice. I am fully satisfied with the visit. Definitely to recommend!

I was looking for a waterproof shoe and even showed the picture from their website. The salesman brought me the same model but without the waterproof feature. I asked him several times if it was waterproof, and he said yes. I trusted his words and told him to pack it. After that, he asked me about the website price, and I told him. When I got home, I realized he had sold me the non-waterproof version but charged me the price of the waterproof one, which is more expensive.

The next day, I had to go back to their outlet to exchange it. Although they did exchange it, the whole experience was very disappointing. It felt dishonest and unprofessional almost like fraud.
