Professional team, great communication about delivery

The guys were very polite! Kept me informed as to when the sofas would arrive & placed them where I wanted them. Also reminded me that I can get covers for them if I wanted to change. Great job!!👏

We were fully updated about timings for the delivery. When the guys arrived they were polite and efficient, setting up our new sofa exactly where we wanted it with no fuss. They took care with our new wooden floors and took away all packaging. We are very happy with their service.

Paid extra for home delivery, didn’t get it

I paid for premium home delivery to have my sofa brought up to my flat, but the experience fell well short of that service. The delivery team arrived in a rush and made it clear from the start that time pressure was their priority, not the job.

They initially said they couldn’t carry the sofa upstairs and that I’d need to do it myself, which wasn’t possible alone, so I had to ask them directly for help. They then brought everything in, dumped it in my small flat without a word, and were ready to leave the cardboard and packaging rubbish in the hallway. I had to ask them again just to bring the rubbish up rather than leaving it for me to deal with in the middle of a small hallway. It was the mindset of not my problem so I don’t care.

I understand delivery staff have limits on what they can and can’t do, and I’m not an unreasonable customer, but throughout the whole visit they were blunt, unhelpful, and clearly just trying to get out as fast as possible rather than doing the job properly. For a service I paid extra for, this was disappointing and not what “home delivery” should mean.

Great service I was kept up to date and tracking information was excellent. Friendly delivery drivers and handles everything with care.

Really strong delivery of a large sofa, friendly, professional and helpful.

This company delivered and set up an adjustable bed for me last week and were so careful with my property when moving the numerous parts into the apartment, and also when moving around the bedroom when connecting it together.
They were extremely polite and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone in the future.
