You stay there a lot of time to prepare the truck ,like 5 hours ,when they know days before that you come to pick up the truck ....
I arrive there the truck wasn't have battery's , they don't give a shit about the clinets.
At least the Romanian ones.

We purchased 3 garbage trucks and…
We purchased 3 garbage trucks and decided to drive them to Romania, as transport by trailer was extremely expensive. Your sales representative at Kleyn Trucks, Mr. Bogdan Susnea, convinced me to purchase Austrian transit plates from your company at a cost of EUR 475 for each vehicle.
However, when our drivers arrived to pick up the vehicles, Mr. Susnea warned them to avoid driving through Austria because they could encounter problems on the road, without clearly explaining what kind of problems could arise or why such risks existed considering the plates were sold directly by your company.
Furthermore, one of the trucks experienced mechanical issues in the Dortmund area and was unable to continue the journey, causing us major operational difficulties, delays, and significant additional costs.
Unfortunately, we received absolutely no after-sales support from Mr. Susnea once these issues occurred. We consider this attitude highly unprofessional and far below the standards we expected from your company.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience. The way the transit plates were recommended and the complete lack of post-sale support created serious problems for our company.
