Like the other 1-star review (below), it appears this is a China seller fraudulently representing itself to be a Netherlands business.
When I ordered from this online store, all things on its website showed that it was a Netherlands business. Wanting to return my t-shirt order for a full refund (received too late because shipped to me in Germany from China!; the size was not a true XL but more like a M; and, I was not happy with the quality), while Kleef Mode customer service (sent from various strange e-mail addresses) was prompt in responding to my mails, they only continued to offer me a 'no need to return/partial refund' (last one 50%), or I could return the item to a China address (apparently their warehouse) at my cost. Their website gives a Netherlands return address. And, there is nothing noticed on their website about China!

The article was not in line with product description. According to website, the shirt was of breathable cotton, but in reality, it was polyester and elastic.
Kleef Mode was after eight emails not prepared to allow me to return the item.
Instead, I received several offers of partial refund.
Probably the worst online fashion store with whom I have ever dealt.
I advise everybody to avoid this company

The products are worse than bad quality. And they don't reimburse your money!! Someone needs to TOTALLY CLOSE DOWN this company !!!

KLEEF MODE - DISGUSTING LIARS, AUDIBLE FRAUDULENTS, SCAMMERS! The delivered goods are a completely different material, a completely different color, a completely different quality! Instead of the ordered gray, I was delivered a purple wonder! The quality of the material and especially the stitches is pathetic! What was delivered to me is not even worth €3!

Ordered a Helly Hansen jacket. Complete rip-off - the jacket that was eventually delivered wasn't anything like the one I ordered - they hadn't even bothered to try to fake it - a cheap substitute. Try to return the goods and you're on a well trodden path of emails designed to tire you into giving up. Save yourself the bother - steer clear.

Do not order anything at all from this organisation, as it is a front and a rip off, using very cheap inexpensive Chinese products and charging western prices for them. Firstly, their pictures are AI doctored to look like brushed cotton. Secondly, they are very expensive for what they are, really thin cheap polyester material. Thirdly, they make it impossible to return the products, by taking weeks to get any information to you. Finally when you do get the information from them to return the products, they blame Chinese customs for not receiving them back and therefore decline repaying you you refund, even though the Chinese customs release the products back to them.

DO NOT USE THESE AT ALL OR BE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR MONEY TO THEM…!!!!!!!!

All the way from South Africa and I was scammed. No communication for 3 weeks after I paid for my order. Do not order! This is not real business! Phone number not working and they not responding to my emails. I do not know if I will ever receive my order that I paid R800 for. 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

Please do not order from this company together with Amore Fiore one company disguised as a different comany, they are misleading and ripping off customers...the clothes are not of good quality and poor texture worse wrong size and the return process is there just to discourage you to ship back their useless product...they should be banned to do business. Please refrain from purchasing from them

This is a scam in bright daylight! You order something from a Dutch site, but the product comes not in one day, how it is normally to happen, but in two weeks because is coming from China.
Of course, the product is different and at the lowest quality possible. You ask for retour and refund and they start offering you percentage of your order price ( starting with 15%) with keeping the goods.
If you insist on refund and retour they will increase the amount and send you a Chinese address for returning items.
Anyway, please do not order from this site! You will lose your money!!

They give you the chance to have the credit on your account and keep the item !!!. But when checking no credit
Put it down to my lose and won't be ordering again !!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! All of their products are on AliExpress. They didn't even bother to change the pictures. PLUS THE DELIVERY IS VERY LONG!! It is very difficult to have a refund but I'm not letting it go until I have it.
Go on AliExpress and save time and money.

The item I ordered was just as expected..The quality of the product was exceptional, a really 👍 good fit. The time taken and delivery were okay...

Deceptive advertising, non-compliant commercial practices. Ordered what was depicted as a Helly Hansen jacket, from what was supposedly a company with a Netherlands VAT/KvK number. What was delivered was completely unrelated Chinese garbage (obviously reshipped). Thereafter the return process was stalled and repeatedly pushed back on by offers of store-credit, 30% refund, and finally, ship it back to China (tracked) at my own expense. All of that in breach with EU distance selling law. Don't waste your money. They have since removed the advert, but will most likely relist. Successful chargeback pursued via bank, adding further proof of their scam tactics. Avoid.

I placed order today at approx 11.50 and decided to cancel immediately, sent email to cancel and refund at 12.01 , still waiting for reply. I’ve since sent another email and 2 request through a customer service area. Phone number doesn’t work. Dreadful contact service. I’ve raised dispute with my bank. They do say on their site it can be cancelled if done on time. I think nothing would have been ready in 15 minutes approx. I wait in hope but not so sure from these reviews.

Ordered for £27 what I thought a lovely light pink blazer instead got a bright pink nylon blazer not worth £5 absolute rubbish do not order from this site offered me 15% back and I could keep the jacket

This is my genuine experience, I purchased a Helly hansen jacket size xxl advertised at £43 ,Fair enough they kept me informed all the way through of delivery,
I received a childs small jacket worth about ten pounds,
I have yet to go through the process of returning this item and obtaining a refund.

Avoid these like a plague. They will ship you overpriced junk. The shirt I ordered was navy blue with white buttons. The one sent was purple with black buttons. Absolute junk. Took forever to arrive aswell.

We got what we paid for and we're happy with the goods. Thank you

Fit okay, color meh, quality meh. It’s not terrible but not wow either. 3 stars, simple as that
