Awful experience
Ordered a mosquito net on 26 June 2026 (EUR 181.80), delivered 1 July. Arrived with the strongest overwhelming smell you can conceive of, and within three days an insect had made a big hole straight through the netting.
The seller told me to return it, so I did, at my own expense (EUR 28.59). The parcel was never accepted at their address and was never collected despite several notices, and PostNL eventually returned it to me. Since then no answer to my emails, and no answer to PayPal either when they contacted the seller directly about the case.
Two months on I'm left with an edible mosquito net, EUR 28.59 out of pocket, a good deal of wasted time, and no option but formal legal steps to obtain my refund.
In twenty-five years of online shopping, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.
