​DANGEROUS CHOKING HAZARD - Do Not Buy for Kids!
​I purchased two sensory chewy necklaces from this site for my young son. Within a very short period of time, the material began cracking and splitting under normal use. Today, my son came home from school with a large chunk completely severed off the yellow necklace. Because these products are designed specifically to go in a child's mouth, the fact that the material disintegrates and tears apart so easily presents a severe, life-threatening choking hazard.
​When contacted, customer service downplayed the severity and treated it as a simple quality issue. Do not trust these for oral sensory needs. I have officially reported this product line to Product Safety Australia (ACCC).

Purchased an item that KKPW had in stock. Despite them offering free express post. it took a week from VIC to NSW.
I received the item a 60000 HDMI game stick and it was the incorrect item.
i emailed them to explain they had sent me the wrong item the Gamebox instead and they told me that the manufacturer does not have the 60000 game stick anymore.
i said they could have emailed me to let me know instead of sending me an item i am unable to use. they told me that the game sticks only come in 20000 and 40000 games.
i suggested that they could have emailed me and offered the lesser game option.
They continued to lie throughout their emails to me telling me the item was not internet capable and then when i pointed out the gamebox was, they then sent a response telling me it was and then tried telling me the Game stick was also.
Further to this, be careful when selecting options as they then advised me that when you click on the 60000 game stick (which has since be removed) that it changes the Picture and item. Extremely misleading and against the Australian Consumer laws.
Despite them sending the wrong item. they refused to send me a return paid envelope to return the item for a refund stating that they did not do this for customer dissatisfaction or change of mind.
Which i again explained that it was not either of those things. it was the INCORRECT ITEM. I Would not recommend buying anything from this online business.

Why support an Australian business when they do not adhere to Australian consumer laws?

Online order for the retro game console did not come with the advertised game consoles (missing at least C64 & Amiga). In order to get a refund, you need to return the console at your own cost. This is a clear breach of Australian consumer laws.

Exactly what I wanted and thought it would be. The gaming device was delivered super quick, soooo easy to install and brings me back to my childhood....
