Awful company. Avoid like the plague! Their customer support is shocking, and they promote software through their app, which you cannot cancel.
Days before my annual renewal, Kiwi for Gmail introduces a new pricing plan for 2026, which I struggle to understand and compare with my previous plan and the one being used for my December 2025 renewal.
As a macOS user, I have used Kiwi for Gmail for nearly four years, but I have struggled with numerous bugs.
In particular, one is the constant restarts due to excessive memory usage warnings.
But what is really annoying is that there are no up-to-date release notes.
Time to move on.
This is the most thankless company to early adopters and who supported them during early years. They keep discontinuing old plans and keep charging you from onetime, to annual, to now forced expensive subscriptions. I will be out looking for alternative.
I have purchased the product, only to be later informed that my license was grandfathered and if I wish to keep using the program, I now have to switch to subscription.
I really wonder how is it even allowed, you sell your product and then they take it away from you (the license became invalid), how is it not a theft? I strongly suggest to stay away.
You can never reach customer service. No support. They do not refund money. Definitely stay away. When you cancel your subscription, they cancel all your existing services. Don't even give 1 dollar.
