In Portugal it is not uncommon to have bad service, workers not turning up, or just not finishing work at all.... I am happy to say, even though we ordered from the internet, i was very sceptical, however it turned out to be probably the best experience we have had during our new build project. Within two days of placing the order we had a phone call confirming a delivery date and booking a day for installation. Within a week they turned up to do the install. this was completed within 2 days, and they drove from Lisbon. There was a problem with the preinstallation, which was not their fault, the re routed pipes, then one unit that was fitted they were not happy with, as it was not silent enough. ordered a new unit, this was on a Friday, Monday turned up with it and replaced the other faulty one. The engineers were an absolute pleasure, polite neat and tidy, and we were even given some wine as a gift for being patient. JUST AMAZING, can not recommend them enough.
