The azalea bonsai is beautiful
The azalea bonsai is beautiful. It arrived safely packaged and on time. If I am going to spend €500 on a potted plant I need to trust the seller and I trust this seller. This is my third purchase from this company and each one has been excellent. Well done.

Shipped in Soaked Soil, Infested
They sent 2 plants with root rot, completely soaked through in non draining soil. I asked for a refund. They sent 2 more plants instead. One is infested with mealybugs.
I commend their customer service, but just go to a nursery in person, this is not worth the hassle.
