Useless product shipped to me.
I received a product that turned out to be totally useless. On contacting the company about returning the product, I was informed that I have to pay the return costs out of my pocket. So, I lose money too when returning the product (and the lifelong warranty I also bought means nothing) and it is no where CLEARLY mentioned that you will have to pay the costs of returning on the website when you are buying the product. No transparency at all and not customer friendly.

Very bad customer service and very long delivery time. Waited more than 4 weeks just to deliver a marker pen and not yet arrived! No support at all from customer service. Do not recommend. It’s a doggy company!
