You were fast, and very adequate. And your emails were polite and friendly. I do have one question though: is there any chance of upgrading my ticket? Firstly, we would like to remind you that you purchase tickets from us for events organised by various promoters, and that these promoters set their own prices entirely at their own discretion.
However, we have looked into the matter and it appears that the prices on another site were simply updated too late, as all websites should be selling at the same price. All prices are now identical. Please feel free to contact us via our email address should you notice any discrepancies.
