I've brought approximately 7 pairs of Furmoo slippers over the years but find myself disappointed with length of time it takes, only ordered inners! Took nearly 6 weeks, Winter is nearly over! I know it says 21 days, perhaps contact your customers instead of them chasing you for an update. I love supporting NZ business but sorry your lack of communication has put me right off.
I'm totally dissatisfied with this company. Ordered I made sure to message that I needed them by a certain date. Was told I would definitely have them in 21 working days.
Didn't arrive message and asked for a refund so I can buy some boots it's a lot of money to have paid and have nothing to show. Eventually I was told they will issue a refund. Been waiting for four days. Messaged again that I need the refund still waiting. Terrible terrible service I have never had issues like this before.
8 weeks, no slippers, poor communication, buy NZ made and wait for 2 months , sending smiley faces and kisses is totally unprofessional and does not equate to a product that was paid for!.Requested a refund and was met with an email stating they were being manufactured, not good enough, I truly hope you get your act together or go bankrupt

I ordered the slippers on 16th July 2026 and they should, according to their 21 working days, have been received by 14th August 2026 (okay only a few days "late" at the moment) BUT I feel like the same excuses other people seemed to have complained about, ie staff illness/accident, are still being used here AND I have had to ask what is happening as there is no pro-active communication about any delay. Hopefully the slippers will be worth the wait but this is not good customer service.
Would NOT recommend.
The communication and customer service have been extremely poor, with responses that feel more like excuses than solutions. Staffing issues are a business responsibility, not something customers should be expected to take on or accommodate. If you can’t meet your own timelines, manage that internally and communicate proactively with customers.
It’s particularly frustrating to see constant social media posts promoting new sales while existing customers are still waiting for orders they’ve already paid for.
Deliver on your timelines, communicate proactively, and take responsibility when things go wrong. Customers shouldn’t be expected to simply accept poor service because of a company’s internal issues.
This is typical of NZ businesses. No accountability and expect customers to simply accept poor service and make excuses for their internal shortcomings.

Delays, excuses, delays and still no slippers. I have been waiting over 2 months. If they are legit it’s likely to be Spring before they arrive. If they aren’t, I just $200 on my mother-in-laws ghost slippers.

Placed my order 4 weeks ago and haven't heard anything since . But have had several bright and breezy promotional emails. Wish they'd put a bit more effort into customer communications instead of marketing

Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Took a wee while but staff had been sick and also had injuries. They messaged me to let me know. I recieved my order today and let me tell use something! Wow!!!! 👌😍
Am impressed. I can actually feel my toes for once and they super comfy 🥰
Thanks so much to the team at furmoo

I placed my order on the 28th May. It is now the 20th July and I have yet to receive my order. I purchased this for a June birthday present.
I have been in contact numerous times over this period, asking where my order is and to provide an estimated delivery date. Unfortunately what I received in response was excuses (I do understand that things occur in businesses). However, how it has been communicated, I feel, has been extremely poor and only come after I have chased them up. When I asked for either my delivery or a refund, as part of the response I received it included a smiley face, which under the circumstances and our previous communication I believe to be in poor taste.
I love supporting NZ companies but unfortunately after this experience I wouldnt reccommend this one to my friends or family. I was recommended this company by someone else so this is a shame.
I hope they can sort out their issues.

Bitterly disappointed, after waiting 9 weeks for delivery my Moodle slippers arrived, when I opened the package overwhelmed with the glue smell. When they say made in NZ which was one of the main reasons for purchase, I would suggest they are assembled in NZ. As their label clearly states products are manufactured and sourced in Indonesia , India, USA and Nz. As for the sheepskin looks so over processed, snowy white, no resemblance to real fur at all. The Tartan wool covering, on their care card suggests natural wool is delicate and will pill and tear over time. Quality Wool is a natural resilient fibre and strong. I feel the fabric they have used is not high quality. There is no support in either the sole or heel of the slipper. For $175 this is not value for money and there are far superior options available.

UPDATE 4.8.2026
They did finally come, I am currently wearing them and my feet are very toasty. They are bright and well made, very comfortable. So I am very happy with the end result. I've updated from 3 to 4 stars to reflect that.
The wait time with no communication until I reached out after 30 business days (21 business days being the alleged time to shipping) after a poorly worded sale email (the email title was, "We are closing!"), combined with endless emails about sales and your next purchases means it remains 4 stars and not 5. I ended up waiting 35 business days for it to ship.
ORIGINAL
I'm in a holding pattern so I'll update once they actually arrive. Like many here, shipping has blown out. I have had zero communication except for this morning after they sent an email with the heading, we are closing. To which I was like, OK, but am I getting my slippers before you close? They responded, turns out they're not closing, the sale is ending, and they just want ppl to buy more slippers despite not receiving what I've already paid for! No mention of when I might expect my slippers.
I assume they'll come one day. Winter will be over if it's much longer so I guess I'll enjoy next year... If I realised how long it would take i would have ordered from Uggs since 1974. I was torn between the two companies and the colours of furmoo got me over the line, but I'm regretting that now.

I ordered mine 5th of may. As of today 17/7/2026 they still haven’t arrived After ordering got a message that 20 working day wait. Now it’s 35 working days. Beginning to think I’ve been scanned out of 368 dollars!!

The slippers I bought finally arrived and I love them. So well made, gorgeous colours and so comfy I haven't taken them off BUT, customer expectations need to be better managed at point of sale, not after purchase. These took over a month to arrive and winter is now at the half way mark. Its true, I might not gave bought them if I knew it would take so long. Hopefully Furmoo can work on expectations upfront

What an absolute disappointment. I always try to support NZ companies but I would not recommend this one. I ordered these over 6 weeks ago and have been chasing from the start. They should promote that these a made to order. My first email enquiry they said it was 21 days to deliver. 6 weeks later no news. Another email and still no phone call or correspondence. Everyday I get social media posts trying to sell me something. This winds me up even more. Just deliver the orders you have and the honour the money you have been paid. I will never recommend this brand.

Slippers not comfortable at all -Hard bottoms (even with the extra foam in the soles) Fit not true to size- extremely tight and soles barely cover heel.
These slippers look comfortable and have great colour choices, but its all for show unfortunately as their quality does not match their price tag at all.
Dont waste you money.

Frustrating customer service, shipping delays, and misleading "sale" tactics.
I purchased a pair of Furmoo Enclosed Moodles after an AI recommendation. When I placed the order, I received a confirmation stating they were in stock and would be sent straight away. Instead, I was left waiting for weeks with zero communication, having to repeatedly follow up just to find out where my order was.
When they finally arrived, they were not fit for purpose as they would not stay up on my feet while walking. I returned them in good faith, but the company refused a cash refund, offering only a store credit instead.
They cited an online policy stating "no refunds on sale items." However, their "New Year Sale" pricing has been continuously advertised via Google for nearly five months, suggesting this is simply their standard retail price. Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), items must be fit for purpose, and a store policy cannot override your statutory rights—even on a discounted item.
After I firmly challenged them on their legal obligations under the CGA and Fair Trading Act, they finally backed down and agreed to a cash refund. However, they still deducted the original $10.19 postage fee from my payout. While the slippers look nice, the entire customer service experience was incredibly disappointing, dishonest regarding stock levels, and required entirely too much effort just to get them to comply with standard New Zealand consumer law. Shoppers should be very wary before buying here.

It took ages for my Furmoo slippers to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. The quality, design and craftmanahip of these slippers is off the scale - by far the best slippers I've ever owned! Extremely good value for money. 10 out of 10 in every respect!

I purchased a pair of UGG slippers. They’re absolutely beautiful and so well-made. I wanted them delivered superfast and the whole staff ensured that this happened for me. Couldn’t be more happy. Highly recommend.
