The only downside was lack of air con or fans.

Muchas gracias por compartir su valoración. Lamentamos que el plazo de entrega le haya resultado largo y que uno de los paneles llegara dañado durante el transporte.
Tal y como le informamos por email al gestionar la incidencia, contactamos con el proveedor para tramitar la pieza de reposición. El proveedor nos confirmó que el envío del panel de sustitución ya estaba en curso y que sería entregado a transporte para que pudiera recibirse durante esa misma semana.
Sentimos las molestias ocasionadas y esperamos que, con la reposición de la pieza dañada, pueda disfrutar correctamente de su jardinera Herstera.

I ordered flowers for the event
I ordered flowers for the event. My assistant was in contact with the head of the team who handled communication well but when I went to pick up flowers some flowers were in such poor quality. Some were Browning and broken. Obviously there was nobody who did the quality control. The staff told me that she doesn’t give discount despite the big order because the work involves individual handling job. I was surprised to see the quality of some flowers. This is the careful handling they give? For the order that costs 600 eur? Also the colors were wrong in some flowers and when I arrived to the venue to set up for the event I realized some flowers were missing. Your store takes money but forgets to give? I had to go all the way back to the store to pick up the forgotten flowers and lost so much of precious time to prepare for the event. I had limited time. I was very upset. I talked to your worker about the quality of flowers you send out and your worker told me the quality of flowers is not their responsibility because they are just workers. Really? Your store is not responsible for giving good quality flowers and send out almost dead flowers and broken ones when your customer is paying money for it? My experience with this purchase was horrible and they were utterly unprofessional. I chose your store for quality and variety of flowers. Not poor customer service and poor quality of flowers. I told myself and my staffs that this is the last time I use your store for the event. We lost time because of this and this caused such a inconvenience in preparation.
