Had a price off mustard comparison site freedom quoted I put all correct details in what it asked for date that I passed my test but only the month and year not the day rang freedom to check all details correct I like to do that just in case told me my driving license was a different day which I didn’t put in has don’t have the option for that so totally made up said would have to reprice came back with no quote when I complained she told me to take out the quote online but I said you just told me it will be canceled why would I do that she pretended she couldn’t hear me and put the phone down

discussing agent communication has no a clue about categories of van jobs bat keep sending a quotes . Today just now 10:00 had to explain what means Hire and reward and haulage , she continuously asked me same question bat couldn't answer only one my question . All asked was what is included in the policy ,what I covered for never answered asked manager to talk to nothing also the English wasn't very clear . DISCUSTING rude as she was cutting of never let me speak .
