Worse customer service ever
Where to start… customer service absolutely horrible. Rude, hang up on you when they don’t wanna listen. Just terrible, to the point i rather pay a little more somewhere else then have to deal with them. The only thing they have quality is the items but even there the customer service/shipping service ruins it. Out of 5 times buying there 4 times went horribly wrong. The 6th order i just cancelled it after it was not shipped or communicated why not for 14 days even tho the item was and still is in stock.

The goods are fine but they want your money 2x
The goods are fine, especially the surprisingly light raincoat, delivery was ok.
I received the goods at my mother's address in Germany, tried on and paid on the 10th , including
-client no,
-invoice no
AND date (5 June).
This morning I received a very unfriendly reminder, telling me they could not find any payment, must have forgotten (what about looking first) and they even want some more now.
Now exactly the same happened last summer, when they even called my elderly mother. I can accept they can make an error but 2x seems unacceptable.
I wrote back immediately, including a proof of payment PDF. Now this rigmarole cost me easily 30 minutes and I had to start work a bit later.
Asked to get back to me right away. No answer.
So am I going to order again? Seriously?
This is not how you convince clients to return.

Actually 2 answers apologies for the error.
Now one of them said:
Dear M...,
we sincerely apologize that you have received a payment reminder for the second time. This was due to a system error, which we deeply regret. We would like to assure you that we have already received your payment and it was booked immediately. Please accept our apologies once again for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We truly hope that we have not lost you as a valued customer and appreciate your understanding.
Ok . System error. Some human should look at messages before sending them.
Nº2 is more worrying, though.

Do we have to write even more text than I did? Where did my money go in the first place?
Or is the IBAN on the invoice incorrect?
Before I order again (yes I had various lambswool jackets and a fantastic leather jacket) I would really like to know how I am supposed to do my transfer so that they take notice? I also wonder why they only replied after this post?
