Unfortunately I have had a poor experience so far. I ordered my carpet (only 1 room 4×3) Had the fitter out to check as well. I have been waiting for 3 weeks and have had no contact around when/ if the carpet has arrived. I have contacted the store and I was only told they were waiting for the fitter to send the measurements, to which the fitter sent me evidence they had already sent it across 3 days prior.
I was hoping I would have had plenty of time to get the carpet in so I could complete the room and move on to the next and in time for a guest staying, unfortunately due to lack of urgency and contact I'm now stumped.
I was hoping to complete my other rooms flooring with FlooringSuperstore but after this experience I will be looking elsewhere to complete.

John was great with us, easily talked us through everything

2nd visit to the lincoln show room and will always be back whenever the need arises. My 1st visit was for my new home where they did all carpets and hard floors(tiles in bathrooms, solid wood downstairs) this 2nd visit was actually for my garden as I found out they also do outdoor tiles and decking. Excellent customer service, good pricing and delivered when expected

Whatever you do, do not use this company to fit your flooring. I can’t not describe how bad their customer service is. The worst I’ve ever experienced.

God forbid you need anything from them, online chat bot never on, or you will wait hours. Iam 40+ emails in now and been asking for a phone call for over a month, they are the worst at customer service.

Go anywhere but here!!

Flooring superstore been have big problem with this company from November 2025 and still have problem. They will not give me my money back for Flooring I take back too the shope . Been down too shope about 15 time now . Company take your money and don't want too know after that

I would like to give a huge shoutout and admire to Poppy T who has been my CS agent handling my distarous orders with the Catford store and has been understanding, fast acting and devoted to helping my issues and very grateful for how shes been supportive to me and is a valuable asset to the company its a shame the Catford store is part of her team which they both dont hold the same values and standards.

Paul (&Evan) at Doncaster branch were excellent. Really helpfull, gave great advice. Liked the fact that Paul was genuinely helpful without coming across giving it the hard sell and that we were also given the time to browse and consider our options without pressure. Very happy with flooring we finally went with after weeks of looking.

We popped in to get some flooring ideas. We had a fab gentlemen help us with products and ordered us some samples for home. Great service.

Super quick delivery of samples ,loved the look of them so visited nearest store ,staff member was friendly and very helpful, shop was well laid out ,easy to look around,prices were great, I was given lots of information about measuring and ordering. Will be back soon to order.

The overall experience could be improved. More staff are needed in-store, as responses are often delayed and multiple follow-ups are required. The process also needs to be more transparent, with clearer communication and explanations. I proceeded mainly because the finance was already approved; otherwise, I would have considered another provider. Hopefully, the fitting experience will be better.

Thanks to Bradley and Armaan at Keighley - there was no pressure at all, just good service and some advice and support helping us to come to a decision that we're very happy with. Cheers chaps!

Artic oak lvt from the Stockport store was purchased following knowledgeable advice from the staff. We are really pleased with the look and feel of the quality flooring in our kitchen dining area.
