I’ve been using Finst for a while now…
I’ve been using Finst for a while now and overall I’m really happy with it. The platform is simple and easy to navigate, and I like that the fees are clear and transparent with no hidden spreads. There’s also a solid range of 340+ cryptocurrencies available, which is more than enough for what I use it for.
What stood out to me is the focus on security and transparency, including being regulated by the AFM in the Netherlands and offering Proof of Reserves. It also seems like they’re expanding into more European countries, which is a good sign.
Everything from deposits to trading feels smooth and straightforward. Overall, just a reliable and easy crypto platform that does what it promises.

Lowest fee (and spread!) of the market
The app is very easy to use, with the lowest fee (and spread!) of the market.
I also really appreciate the flexible staking to have full freedom on my assets while putting my cryptos at work.
Finally, the Bundles allow you to invest on a diversified basket of assets without the need to be updated on 5,10,25 or even a 100 tokens.
I have tried several platforms in the industry and Finst is by far the best quality-price ratio. Definitely recommended!

They’ll create issues won’t do anything about it!
I recently invited users to this platform on board of their referral program. Upon paying the rewards as promised, this platform completely messed up and ended up paying both halves of the rewards to the invitees instead of splitting them and paying me my halves. When I confronted them regarding this matter, support simply said that I had to solve this issue myself even though it was their fault! They won’t do anything to solve any problem, even when it’s 100% their fault. 100% avoid them!!
Edit after response: As you can see from Finst response, they do not care about how their mistake impacts you. They sent money that belonged to me to other person (which I don’t even know their name) and now Finst just tells me to try and figure out how to get my money back. They won’t do absolutely anything about it. Remember, I as a user had no fault whatsoever, completely their fault, still they won’t do nothing.

Couldn't withdraw crypto
Two of my friends recommended me this exchagne but I couldn't withdraw crypto from this company.

User-friendly start to crypto with amazing support
It is the first crypto trading platform I am using, and it’s been a great experience so far! The platform is practical and very user-friendly, and I like to be able to learn more about crypto thanks to their "Finst Academy" page. Their Help Center was also very useful when I started, to understand the platform better.
