From start to finish, Fineyst Patches did a superior job. They went above and beyond at every stage of the process.

I first contacted them to see if they could create custom embroidered patches for my new security agency. As a brand-new company, I was looking to establish a professional brand identity. Up to that point, everything I had was only digital artwork. Fineyst Patches took my concepts and brought them to life.

They created four custom pieces for me, all based on my company logo. My fully embroidered shoulder patch turned out absolutely spectacular—better than I could have imagined. They also designed my custom PVC patch for my body armor, and it exceeded my expectations. They helped create a custom executive protection lapel pin that they absolutely knocked out of the park. Finally, they embroidered my logo onto hats and added custom lettering on the back for unit identification. Every single product was of exceptional quality.

What impressed me most is that they didn’t just manufacture products—they helped me establish my brand from the ground up.

Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. We exchanged several emails with questions, ideas, and revisions, and they always responded quickly and professionally. Before producing each item, they created samples based on our conversations and the artwork I provided. Every design was reviewed and approved before the final product was made, ensuring everything was exactly as I envisioned.
