I initially purchased the €0.60 introductory offer and was surprised when a €39.95 recurring subscription was activated after the 48-hour trial.

I contacted FileWorld support immediately, explained the situation and requested a refund. Their response was extremely fast and professional. Antonella handled my request promptly, cancelled the subscription and processed a full refund of €39.95 without any unnecessary complications.

The refund was confirmed by my bank shortly afterwards.

Although I was not happy with the way the trial converted into a recurring subscription, I am very satisfied with how quickly and professionally the customer support resolved the issue.

they trapped me with a subscriprtion, basically i just downloaded 2 files and they tried to charge me for 50 euro later, but there was none on my card, so i cancelled the subscription and one week later they anyways charged me.

Total scam! They charge you a small amount for a file conversion ($0.60) and automatically sign you up for a subscription ($39.99) without communicating that clearly.

Review Update - file world have since reached out & refunded the balance which was nice of them, in future you need to be a bit more clear one off conversions result in a subscription setup, it was not obvious.

Just to be clear the service worked really well it’s just the vague trial trap that was bad.

Im satisfied with my experience and Julie helped me getting back my refund without and further delay im very happy
