Customer service is quick to respond, incredibly polite as well. I have nothing but good things to say as someone who was skeptical initially, but i took a chance because of the money back guarantee. Everything was fair, well explained, and successful. This is a great company with a real passion to help their customers. I know this review sounds paid, but it's not i am a real person who purchased these devices with the right intentions, this is a great company that is very fair. As long as you're fair to them and read terms and conditions and follow them properly they're very good to you. Great purchase, great experience, I would give more stars if I could! 10/5 stars! The product is a piece of pipe with a cheap wood cover, no draw resistance, no flavour, nothing.

A Godsend. I’ve been trying quit smoking/vaping for years without success. Until discovering Hüm. I knew there was something about the physical habit and not the nicotine that kept me hooked.
I instantly liked the weight of the Hüm stick in my hand and tried flavours out (Lemon being my personal fav).
I used it very similar to a vape, when I got cravings, for about 2 weeks. Then I started forgetting to bring it with me and stopped using it when not at work.
After about a month I forgot to use it entirely and suddenly came to realise I had no cravings! Even when people around me were smoking or vaping.

I feel “cured” or rehabilitated. I guess I don’t deal with stress by reaching for a puff anymore and have, in turn, become a little more self aware.

I genuinely have NO desire to vape or smoke anymore.

No issues with the product just the timeline to receive an order is way too long , from order date to delivery is two weeks , tracking order from china to Ireland . Suggest an European fulfilment centre. Kind regards

Great product, mum gave up her e vape after prob 10 years vaping , previous to that a life time of smoking,
She didn't use her vape pen for a month from the first puff of hum, then she wavered and took some puffs from her vape pen and immediately regretted it,
She has copd and its much improved since hum.

Poor service from this company. Been waiting 4 weeks for an order placed on 29th May. Have been ignored on all follow up requests regarding delayed delivery. Last correspondence was 6th June from them. Very disappointing! All I am looking for is a response and to understand when I will receive my order. It cost almost £100 and I am left in limbo as to if it will even arrive.

Avoid. They don't have customer service and don't refund. Not to be trusted.

AVOID at all costs. Pointless piece of pipe to draw on. Use a straw or similar for same effect. Keep hold of your money. Returned 2 June, reached delivery office at my cost of £10.75 on 13 June. Delivery attempted twice. Could not deliver now on way back to me as at 15 June allegedly. Have raised with PayPal 🤞🏻

UPDATE. PayPal didn’t help so contacted my bank who did and they refunded the cost of the goods. I then received the returned package marked “Delivery refused by addressee”. Then received an invoice for £15 from the courier company for the returned parcel! This has cost me £25.99 in postage alone. Plus I still have this useless piece of wood and metal.

A £60 wooden straw. Why did i not read the reviews?

Rubbish product zero flavor and no similarity to the vape sensation at all. You might as well just suck on a straw! Save your money as it will be wasted here!

DONT BUY. 30 day money back guarantee is a RIP OFF. I returned the product after 30 days as it was just a tube, very similar to the anxiety air breather i brought online for £4. HUM stick cost £49.99. When i tried to return, i had to return to France. This involved international custom forms, codes and cost of £21.00. It arrived on 13th of the month, by 30th month still no refund. I contacted them and i was issued a refund of only £32.01 not the £49.99 i had paid the HUM stick. so in total i had paid £38.98 for hiring their HUM stick for 30 days. Excellent way to make a fortune off unsuspecting customers. Hope you are proud HUM?

Shocking! No resistance on the product, didn’t help me stay off my vape at all and when I tried to send it back to get my 30 day money back guarantee, Royal Mail wanted £32 and I then paid Evri £11.50 to post it back for it to be returned to sender 10 days later. So, I still have the product which is rubbish and I can’t even send it back to get my refund!!! Absolute scam!

Rubbish,can't taste the flavour at all and nowhere near the resistance of a real fag or vape,basically a metal straw to suck air through....

If I could give it no stars I would I purchased this and 5 weeks later turned up and it is useless I got in contact they said I had to wait the 30 days. I waited the 30 days they sent me a Address in France I paid 12 pound to track it. I got sent back saying the Address refused it I got some of my money back not it all I sent a email got a reply saying the deducted the stuff they you put in it I was under the impression that you got them free with purchase but any a bunch of scammers keep clear 100% keep clear just wanted to let people know don't buy it wast of money and energy bunch of crooks I ordered on this is in February and got an email on the 20th saying its been delayed and offer me a 10 pound voucher that I did not use i got this maybe 5 weeks or 4 can't remember its been that long

I should have read the reviews before I brought the product of a Facebook ad.

Took ages to be delivered and when it did I was expecting more.

Admittedly it’s well made but it’s just an open straw. Nothing like a vape, barely taste any flavour.

This product is not going to help me stop vaping. Bad impulse purchase.

Very poor no flavour at all. Please don't waste your money. Had 2 kits for me and my partner both a complete waste of money. Your better sucking on a Straw and saving your money. Don't be sold by it waste of time.

STAY FAR AWAY! Delivery takes 4 weeks to arrive, they lie about everything very poor! I tried it had very bad vape made me couch made me sick, there is litterly nothing inside its air your breathing and purfume flavour soft stick which seems POSION, I started smoking and vaping more , I wanted to return and there company is in France im in uk, you will have import tax been told etc, so cost double to return £15 , and from £42.75 I brought this they gave me back £7.50 refund, they said box was damaged and vape not clean, i only used it once 10 puffs max, nothing coming out, you get same vape style from NHS for free !
They lied so i dont get full refund back! I paid more to return and get refund ,...STAY WELL AWAY!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
