Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, they do not even read your messages and only reply with generic and standard answers. The delivery service is terrible. I have been waiting for them the day they were supposed to bring the park and they didn't even call me to tell me they were not going to come that day

It was easy to order, a bit long delivery and some parts were missing, so another shipment was needed, but support helped us out.

Disappointing Delivery Failure for Child’s Birthday Gift
I ordered a playground from Fatmoose as a birthday gift for my son, with the order placed on September 6, 2025. The website indicated an expected delivery window of September 16–20, 2025. To ensure timely installation, I arranged for a local company to assemble the playground on September 20, as I was unable to do it myself.
As of today, September 24, 2025, the playground has not been delivered, despite the promised timeframe. My son’s fourth birthday is on September 27, and the absence of his anticipated gift risks causing significant emotional distress, potentially leading him to believe his parents have misled him about his birthday present.
The lack of communication and failure to meet delivery expectations have caused considerable inconvenience and frustration.
Given the impact on a young child and the disruption caused by Fatmoose’s failure to honor its delivery terms, I strongly demand substantial compensation for this unacceptable lapse in service. I urge Fatmoose to prioritize customer satisfaction, provide immediate updates, and take swift action to resolve this matter.

In my case delivery was 2 weeks late and no updates from Fatmoose, I had to get hold of shipping company directly to find out about delivery status.
You’d better be prepared to work hard, assembly is not that difficult but took 3 full days for the Fun Factory XXL I bought. There is absolutely NO preassembly whatsoever, assembly instructions are poor, and could do with a lot of improvement. Given how much Fatmoose seem to spend on marketing they should rather put some money into improving assembly instructions!
The finished product looks good, kids are enjoying it.
I am not convinced by the quality of the wood, it didn’t look dry enough on assembly, and the main support elements are undersized. Time will tell…

Great playground for toddlers and younger children
