If I have read all these reviews earlier wouldn”t have order anything from this website. No package received after order was placed, not able to track and was told item out of stock after 3 months. Automated reply to inform you to choose another item to replace and no refund. Worst online shopping experience ever!
Does not provide refunds. Indicates too hard as they are Chinese company and freight is expensive for buyer to return and as the buyer you should try sell yourself or give to friends. Ridiculous
Placed orders on June 19, never received a tracking info, never received a package. Followed up this month and they told me they’re sold out and I have to select other items!!! I’ll consider this a loss since PayPal can’t even help me.
Very very poor quality and fitting. Customer service is appalling. Avoid at all cost. Would not recommend.
I would have given a zero, if that would have been possible. The quality is far below expectations and the return policy is non-existing, since it costs you more to pay the cost of sending the worthless junk back, than the actual value.

Items are NOT as described - and they have absolutely NO return "service" policy - when you ask for a return label they say that it is very difficult and offer you a discount coupon, so that you can use MORE money to buy in there shop - and that it is to difficult to give you your money back - and it goes on and on...FAKE FIRM
The items are not the same you see on the site. Such low quality costs 6/10 times less on your local market and believe me, you would never buy it. I have phoned: not a real number. Emailed to get return number and no answer. My account with email address and password suddenly does not exist anymore. This is a scam reported to my bank and they will most probably not be paid. Glad to have insurance, these are such robbers. On whois, site belongs to alibaba but you can find many other sources that tell you a different story. WATCH OUT !!!
Fatachic product material very bad.As soon as I received the product was not happy ask for refund straight away which is before 14 days. Said they done the refund form will send to other department for more investigation. Since then I kept email them reply me with coupon discount start with 10% I arrived with 30%. I think they will keep going with coupon offer instead of refunding me.
The clothing is of inferior quality. When I asked to return I was told to photograph all items. Then I’m told it will take another 5-7 days! They won’t take returns after 14 days so I can assume that will be their next response. Do not buy from them
