recall delay after delay
I have been contacted 3 different times concerning recalls they said i needed for my 2015 escape.
I contact dealer , they schedule a visit.
2 of the 3 recalls they couldn't do because they didnt have the parts.
why waste my time to drop off vehicle if they knew they couldn't do the recall.
also 1 of the recalls was my backup camera. after I got the recall visit my camera would occasionally blink out but would come back on. but within 2 weeks of the visit , my camera simply stopped working altogether. and I've been about 6 months without the camera.
noticeably before the recall , I not once .... NEVER I MEAN NEVER ... had a single camera issue. but now no camera , no recall parts , i understand some delay. but its getting beyond ridiculous. I paid for a ford with a back up camera and they recalled the fix . lets do our jobs and get these recalls done!
Lincoln Motor Company
Lincoln Motor Company — Very Disappointing Customer Service
My 2021 Lincoln Corsair suffered a major powertrain failure at approximately 41,000 miles. My experience with Lincoln afterward was extremely disappointing.
Vehicle out of service for more than a month waiting for a backordered part.
Lincoln provided only limited rental reimbursement, despite the extended delay.
Customer Relations could not provide meaningful information about the parts delay.
Roadside reimbursement was denied because I was 78 miles from home instead of the required 100 miles.
My written escalation to Lincoln's Customer Relations and Office of the President received no meaningful response.
My buyback request was denied without a satisfactory explanation.
Mechanical problems can happen. What matters is how a manufacturer treats its customers when they do. Lincoln failed miserably in that regard.
I have lost confidence in Lincoln and will never purchase another Ford or Lincoln vehicle.
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. They say we are the most important part about Ford. They are liars
Took my brand new 2026 Ford raptor R…
Took my brand new 2026 Ford raptor R with 5000 miles on it for an oil change tire rotation to key scales Ford in Leesburg Florida. My check engine light came on. They said that I needed a new catalytic converter and then I put the wrong fuel in it. That I did not put premium fuel in it, which is untrue. They told me they would have to do a fuel test which would cost money and that I would need a new catalytic converter that could cost up to $10,000. I told them the truck is under warranty and we have an extended warranty for seven years. They told me I did not and that I would have to pay for any service. I immediately left and went to Claremont Ford in Claremont Florida, they knew what the problem is in a couple minutes fixed it and I was on my way. I feel like “ Key Scales Ford “ in Leesburg Florida needs to be contacted and warned about their horrible service. PS my service guy’s name was Brian. Something needs to be done about the dealership I would give them zero for a review. They are criminal. Thank you Jeff Reed.
When I bought my Ford Bronco I was…
When I bought my Ford Bronco I was really really excited there are mechanical issues that are wrong with the four Bronco that the company has never addressed as recalls are seatbelt malfunctioning meeting repair my water pump went out when I first got it my windshield wiper gets stuck it does not go all the way down but my warranties out so I'm not going to get that fixed it's a good company but it just needs to improve on the recalls than they do. My experience was more than 12 months ago but I'm going to put down that it happened 12 months ago because that's all they'll accept.
I just bought 2016 fiesta
I just bought 2016 fiesta. Found some rattling in the back. turned out the spare was not fastened. No big deal until I go to fasten everything down. This process was a complete after thought. 0 thought given the user experience. I have seen better design from dirt floor design houses in China. FORD......you have lost it. Its a big FU to your customers. Why buy American when the local is so much worse than import.
I am extremely disappointed with San…
I am extremely disappointed with San Tan Ford. Since purchasing my 2025 Ford for over $53,000 on March 13, I have had to bring it back FOUR times—three times for windows falling off track and once for an engine issue.
What makes this experience even worse is the treatment I received when requesting a loaner. When I called, I was told none were available. When my husband called, suddenly there were plenty. That is unacceptable and left me questioning how female customers are treated.
I drove a Ford Explorer for EIGHT YEARS without a single issue, but this experience has completely changed my opinion of Ford and, especially, San Tan Ford.
A $53,000 vehicle should not require FOUR service visits in such a short time. Loaners don’t make up for the wasted time and disruption to my work and family. I would not recommend San Tan Ford to anyone.

I was attempting to buy an extended warranty for my 2020 Ford F150.
I could Not understand the representative....I asked for a supervisor, and the experience got worse. I was transferred to a different person who could not.help me either. I tried for 2 days to get information.....all I got was agrevated and mad....the phone calls lasted over an hour 2 days in a row. I love my truck but your customer service is HORRIBLE..
I asked for management to return my phone call....that was about 1 month ago. I have still not gotten any help.
Focus electrical issues unresolved
Focus electrical issues unresolved.
I own a Ford Focus that has been experiencing electrical issues for about two years now. It started with the radio going out with a loud pop, followed by one of two outcomes: the radio is out for an extended amount of time, 2. sometimes the radio comes back after a couple of starts.
During one of these episodes, the speakers were emitting load hissing and popping noises, even when the vehicle had been off for hours.
The dealership diagnosed the problem as being the audio control module (ACM). ACM replaced. Problem reoccurred. Took it back to the dealer. ACM was replaced a 2nd time. Problem reoccurred. Took it back again.
Dealer diagnosed it as a bad ACM, noting that there must be an underlying electrical issue, so car needs to be diagnosed for that. A third ACM replacement was ordered. Radio came back on its own before the day of the appointment, so that diagnosis was flawed.
I have to wonder if the other two ACMs that were replaced were even faulty.
Additionally, there's a possibility that there is a parasitic draw on the battery, which I suspect is the reason for the bad battery diagnoses.
Dealer said that this 2nd battery was bad. Replaced that battery with a second new battery. Problem reoccurred. Took the car in, and they said they couldn't find any problems with the radio, dismissing/ignoring any underlying cause for the reoccurring electrical issues.
To the dealer's credit, they did grant me the use of a loaner several times.
Contacted the Ford Customer Relationship Center (CRC) which turns out to be a utter waste of time. They recommended taking the car to a new dealership, instead of holding the service dept accountable for their inability to get the problems resolved.
I managed to get one of their representatives to give some detail of an interaction between the service dept. and the engineers at Ford. The engineers detailed complex and rigorous testing procedures. I tried to get the CRC to forward me a copy of these procedures, but they hid behind a designation of it being 'proprietary info', so I am left with a car that hasn't been fixed, despite having spent hundreds on useless diagnose fees.
There are many posts on the Ford forums about Ford's having connected ground cables to the chassis to a painted surfaces, and that some electrical issues can be resolved by removing the ground cables, sanding off the paint, and reconnecting the cables, followed by applying dielectric grease to prevent rusting of the sanded areas. When I brought this up, the service advisor was not interested in it.
The little things
I bought a new 2025 before the summer in 2026. Overall I love the vehicle. It's rugged and drives really good. I use it as a daily driver and the gas mileage on a 4 cylinder turbo is just under 19 mpg. I thought having a 4 cylinder it would do better. I'm really not complaining but just thought it would do better. I will complain that I would rather have a 8 cylinder with a manual transmission. I really wish they would do that. In 2027, they will put a bigger 6 cylinder but no manual transmission for some reason and that is my biggest complaint. The double beep alarm, continuing infotainment issues, stop/start and the auto locking crap really sucks. No need for engineers to think for me. A bunch of little other things are annoying as well but performance is solid. It's just a lot of the little things.

Had 2 new batteries from Fords that was only a year old still full warranty on them. sent them into rose city ford for warranty they said they were covered but a month later sent a bill for them as they said they are not covered now. Broken Warranty Promises at Ford
WARNING: Deceptive Practices, High-Pressure Retaliation, and Broken Warranty Promises at Ford of Murfreesboro On October 3rd, my 2022 Ford Maverick Hybrid suffered a catastrophic, sudden loss of motive power at highway speeds . The gas pedal completely died, throwing a wrench light and forcing me to coast across active lanes of traffic to the shoulder to save my life . The vehicle automatically forced itself into Park and would not drive normally My vehicle has 95,000 miles and is fully under Ford’s active factory coverage. Consumers need to understand the Key Warranty Differences that Ford Corporate and this service department are trying to hide from me:• Hybrid Unique Component Warranty: 8 years or 100,000 miles for the hybrid system and the electronic eCVT transmission [Query-relevant Context based on Other Google Activities].
• Standard Powertrain Warranty: 5 years or 60,000 miles (covers traditional gas components, though the Maverick's eCVT explicitly falls under the longer 100k hybrid coverage) [Query-relevant Context based on Other Google Activities].
• New Vehicle Limited Warranty: 3 years or 36,000 miles (bumper-to-bumper).
Per Ford's official warranty guidelines, What is Covered under the 8-year/100,000-mile unique hybrid component window explicitly includes the Hybrid Continuously Variable Transmission (eCVT), Electric Drivetrain Motors, and other high-voltage components like the Inverter System Controller (ISC) and transmission range sensor Because this is a hybrid, my electronic eCVT transmission houses the high-voltage electric drive motors, meaning it is legally protected under this active window I had it towed straight to Ford of Murfreesboro, where good old Randy at the service department handled it. They held my truck for two full weeks doing absolutely nothing, making me wait on a single hybrid technician who only comes in on Wednesdays just to see if they could figure out what was going on . After all that waiting, they charged me over $250.00 for a basic diagnostic scan and provided zero definitive answers . I want an immediate refund for this diagnostic fee because they did absolutely nothing for my money. To make matters worse, they completely ignored all the other manufacturing safety defect data and specific components I explicitly asked them to check 1. Under-Hood Fire Safety Recall Correlation: I explicitly requested that the service team investigate whether historical structural damage or thermal stress from Ford's known Under-Hood Fire Recalls (such as Safety Campaign 23S27 / NHTSA 23V-458) contributed directly to this electrical drivetrain failure. The 2022 Maverick Hybrid platform has a documented federal safety history where engine block breaches can cause liquid fuel and oil vapors to flood the engine compartment, sparking catastrophic under-hood fires. This truck was subject to that safety recall before I owned it. Randy completely ignored my directive to check if previous thermal damage to the integrated high-voltage wiring harnesses or transaxle modules accelerated this sudden transmission failure sequence2. Manufacturing Safety Recall Defect Corroboration: I have looked up the manufacturing safety recall data for the 2022 Ford Maverick Powertrain Control Module (PCM) software updates. I note that for Campaign 24S33 / 2024-270 (Issue Date: 2026-02-11), Ford outlines an identical failure mode where a software calibration error in the Hybrid Powertrain Control Module (HPCM) causes a forced neutral condition while driving, resulting in the vehicle coasting to a stop, shifting to park, illuminating a wrench light, and severely limiting the accelerator pedal via a low-speed "Limp Home" mode . My truck experienced the exact same dangerous failure sequence, yet Randy and the service team are completely ignoring it simply because my specific VIN doesn't show an open flag in their compute 3. Electrical Component Concern (Backup Camera / Radio Failure): The vehicle is experiencing an ongoing electrical failure with the infotainment and safety systems. Specifically, on August 29 at night and again on September 11 during the day, upon shifting into reverse, the radio and the backup camera completely failed to function. I should not have to pull over, shut off my truck, and disconnect/reconnect the physical 12V battery terminal to temporarily restore functionality to an essential safety feature. I requested that this system be properly diagnosed and replaced under the appropriate technical recall protocols, but it was completely ignored
Total bullshit company
Total bullshit company. I bought a 2024 ford ranger and my daughter bought a 2024 ford escape both were promised the recall for the block heater would be fixed. It is now the 3rd winter and they say there still isn’t a part available to correct it🤬 last year we had issues starting the vehicle in -30 and had to get towing and repairs done to freezing and they won’t reimburse any of the repairs or towing bills Better to buy another brand other than ford. They do not care about there costumers just about getting your money
Piece of shit cars owned mostly by cops…
Piece of shit cars owned mostly by cops in this shithole country. Lol all owners are idiots just like Tesla owners. The Toyota Tercel Wagon reigns supreme always! 🖕You Ford for your CEO firing a Ford employee who Trump treated like shit whom he, the employee, spoke up against!
Lack of Quality and Customer Service
Waited my whole life to buy a brand new Mustang Convertible. Bought in May 2025, brand new car went in for repairs for same problem 4 times and twice for a more major problem in a 14 month period. They cannot fix. They just reset modules or claim they update software. Spoke to Service Director at dealership on Sept 14, 2026 and he agreed this does not solve problem. He was supposed to meet with service manager and call me back by Sept 21. Finally got a call back on Sept 24th and he wanted me to bring car in again and get another loner to again try to figure it out for the 5th time. Not to mention the four recalls on the car in the first year of ownership. Ford customer service was also no help and did not return phone calls or follow ups, and this was very disappointing. Sorry too little too late. Couldn’t even get back to me when they said he would. I will never deal with this dealership , service department or Ford again. . I don't think they realize how much time, money and effort goes into bringing the car back again and again for the same reason. If I could give them a zero rating, I would. Hello Toyota, I am back and sorry I tried Ford, where quality is no longer Job 1.
From US Navy to 3 auto vehicles …
In 1975 after returning to Detroit metro from the US Navy, I bought a Chrysler, but bought Fords (and did all the preventative maintenance myself) for the next fifty years. Now after all the thousands of recalls, the smallest car an Explorer with no spare tire, I purchased a Subaru Forester and glad I did. Bye bye
I have owned Ford's since I was 17…
I have owned Ford's since I was 17 years old. I am now 62 years old. I currently own a 1931 Model 'A' pickup, a 1977 Thunderbird & a 2026 Explorer ST. I traded in a 2019 Explorer on the 2026. I really can't say enough about the Exp!order line of vehicles. They are great. Both of mine have had the high performance V-6. My only complaint is the factory installed tires . Perelli Scorpions might be great in the flatlands, but not so much in West Virginia. I have to put the drive mode in light off road to get up my moderately steep road to keep the tires from spinning, and it is worse in the rain. The tires also slide in wet grass and mud on a slight angle. A vehicle this expensive should have good tires installed at the factory for light off roading and winter (all season) . After all, AWD or 4WD is why I and most would purchase this SUV. I have only 250 miles on the 2026 and had to buy tires for this winter!
Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. Ford has crappy policies in place to help "the best part of Ford" which is what they call their loyal customers. My brand new bronco sport left me stranded 8 hours from home and they refuse to reimburse me for the rental that I was forced to get. I will not stop until Ford makes this right! Is it your policy to sale faulty vehicles? We are extremely lucky that their faulty piece didnt end tragically for myself and my two kids. DO BETTER FORD
My MKC fireball
I have had Lincoln’s for the past 16 years. The service at my dealership has gone steadily down and I could talk about that for days but I’m not even on here to complain about that. I had a 2015 MKC which I loved . It was paid off in great condition and had barely 100,000 miles on it. I serviced it regularly and made sure most of the recalls (which were numerous) were addressed. I gave the car to my daughter. Long story short the car had a spontaneous under the hood fire while my daughter was on a trip not near home. Within 5 minutes of first sign of a problem the car was completely engulfed in flames . The entire front end of the car gone. My daughter was minutes from being blown up in this car. In fact we were on the phone and screaming at her get out of the car. It was that fast she had no idea the actual danger she was in . The fire marshall confirmed it was an electrical fire. The make and model apparently has a history of this issue and although the part was allegedly addressed by my shady dealership the fact remains that it happened. We called to start a case with Ford directly. Since the fire they have done literally zero to not only investigate what’s happened but don’t even have the decency to write a letter of apology or take ownership of their merchandise. They just circle jerk myself, husband, and even my auto insurance representative. They couldn’t care less. My daughter has PTSD from almost dying in that car and their attitude is ignore us and hope we go away..I’m here to tell you be careful. If you have. Lincoln MKC and it’s a 2015 beware you have a ticking time bomb on your hands . Don’t leave it in your garage because you could lose your car and home. I actually have a case # established with them and that’s all I have. A case number. Can you imagine if they actually chose to do the right thing instead of this. They wouldn’t have lost a customer or gained an enemy. Shame on them . I will never buy a product from them ever again!!!!
I purchased a 2024 bronco over $70,000
I purchased a 2024 bronco over $70,000. After 1 year the navigation is completely worthless unless I buy a subscription. Well I will not be purchasing a yearly subscription or another Ford. Great work Ford, 20 years of buying Ford and you lost my business over a subscription. Have a nice life.
