Dealing with Ezilend was almost seamless. I say almost because we were required to provide lots of documentation, which seemed endless.
Having said this, in the end it was worth it and Michael from the Cairns office went over and beyond in order to provide a positive outcome.
My advice to anyone wanting to arrange finance, it to contact Ezilend and let them do all the "foot work". In the end it may prove worth the time and effort.
Again a huge thank you and shout out to Michael.

Craig Catlin.. it's really quite as simple as that. That is the reason I'm now in a vehicle. Craig Catlin. Craig invested so much time & obviously quality work, applying his knowledge & a wealth of experience to ensure success for me in my finance application. With Comsuper as my predominant income stream, all but one finance company hadn't had experience dealing with "Comsuper". It's almost the most secure guaranteed income there is, for life, paid by the Commonwealth Government. Mostly to Veterans from the ADF who are totally and permanently incapacitated. ( TPI ) There was obviously refusal after refusal & companies that were unwilling to take the time to listen to Craig & the evidence showing how secure my income was, of twenty three years so far and guaranteed for life with bi-annual CPI.
Craig never gave up. My need for a reliable vehicle was genuinely legitimate. My appreciation for Craig seeing my application over the line is impossible to quantify. Understanding my repayment schedule means repaying approximately $9,000 over the purchase price is irrelevant... I'm that grateful and will remain so. The Finance Company is a business & I understand that and will always remain grateful. I highly doubt many other brokers such as Craig exist & from a Business perspective, I believe Craig is an absolutely, utterly invaluable staff member to have on board.
It's impossible, really, to fully articulate my gratitude & always will I pass on Craig's details to anyone seeking finance. "Thankyou" truly doesn't suffice. "Thankyou" Ezilend.. always I will recommend you to anyone who is interested in Finance.

And as it is my first ever loan to a car he was very helpful as of what the repayments where and how it all work as well as the credit score, he even explained how it works and what will affect it so that was a very awesome fact to learn.
