I ordered 3 pairs of glasses on the buy two and get the 3rd free. I ordered a pair of reading sunglasses, normal reading glasses and the blue coated screen reading glasses. The order was received quickly. Unfortunately, the blue lens coated glasses had a scratch on one lens. I emailed the company and received a phone call the next day. Yhe company was very apologetic and immediately sent out a replacement pair which arrived very quickly.
This was an outstanding customer service and I will certainly buy again.
The glasses a very comfy, stylish and good value for money.

Glasses are extremely brittle and for me two pairs have only lasted a few weeks which is very bad. I dropped the first pair on a tiled floor the new pair the hinge just snapped. Shame as very comfortable and lenses good.

First order didn’t turn up, courier issue. Telephone conversation with Lee resolved the issue immediately.. He sent out replacement glasses with Royal Mail which arrived two days later. Very helpful and friendly company. Exceptional customer service. Glasses are exactly as described, comfortable and good quality. Will be ordering again.

I did have one small issue with a pair but a simple email to eyelevel was swiftly followed up with a direct phone call the next day to resolve and as tber word no messing about replaced my glasses with no fuss or excuses or even explanation. Spoke to Lee All I can say is what a professional company always in the future rdvonent and I will always uses again thankyou soo much. 5* from me.

Picked a pair of these glasses up in Holmfirth and loved them so went online and ordered 3 more pairs! There was a slight issue with a bug in their system not allowing a new discount code to work but it was quickly rectified and with a personal call from the sales manager to apologise , this was a great example of 5*customer service!
Looking forward to receiving my new stylish readers which are fab quality, on trend and with their autumn offer great value for money!
