The record player stand looks clean, mod ernish, and pretty well measured, like it was put together on purpose . The wood feels solid too, and the whole finish comes across as premium . I found the customer support team easy to reach, and they were actually helpful in a steady way. The shipping was fast, and the reinforced packing kept everything secure and tidy, even during transit.

In July/Aug 2026 I ordered a large coffee table. We appreciated the emails from the workshop showing us the wood as it was turned into the table top and legs, giving us a chance to request modifications, additional photos, etc. Once we gave approval, they shipped the product promptly and it arrived in only 7 days.
I give this coffee table 5 stars for beauty and design, 3 stars for craftmanship, primarily because the finish on the wood is quite rough. Rough enough that a microfiber cloth does not glide easily over the surface. Their "hotline" for customer support gets 0 stars.
I hadn't expected it to come from Viet Nam although I can't say I ever knew in advance just exactly where the furniture is produced. I'm not saying the website misrepresented anything but I did receive the impression of a US made product. My bad for not asking more questions!

The exterior labeling referred to specific fumigation processes and "required" continuous video taping of the unboxing process, which was a sort of weird request. The two boxes were wood crates wrapped in multiple layers of plastic wrap with dozens of screws holding the lids.

The table top came through perfectly. The base (in a separate box) had mildew/mold on it and palpable dampness in the shipping material although the finish on the wood appeared undamaged.

When I called the customer service "hotline" for help in treating the mold/mildew, I got messages saying the line wasn't in service. When I tried the (likely AI) chatbox - I got no response except suggestions to contact customer assistance via email.

I don't doubt that I'll get the mold/mildew taken care of, with or without the help of ETWoodcrafts, and that we will enjoy the look of the table. Nothing is going to address the roughness of the finish, which is a disappointment.

For potential buyers - have realistic expectations - you're getting beautiful design produced to a "medium" finish levels in a tropical country, sort of a high end version of World Market or something. If you like the look and don't mind the price - go for it! Don't expect finely crafted furniture made in the US.

The entryway bench has a refined shape and a natural wood texture that makes the space feel more completed , like it was meant to be there. It has a solid, substantial kind of presence, and the workmanship looks clean. Customer service was polite and helpful, they answered without any fuss. The bench arrived quickly too, and the packaging was sturdy, with the piece protected carefully . Overall it felt well handled from start to finish.

This display cabinet mixes a clean modern silhouette, with warm natural wood grain, so it feels practical and well made in real life. The surface finish is really neat and the whole thing seems stable. During the purchase, the support team communicated clearly the whole time, and delivery was prompt. The cabinet parts showed up safely too, in thick protective packaging that actually did its job.

That wooden side table has those gorgeous curves, and also a compact sculptural vibe that brings character, but doesnt make the whole area feel too crowded. The build itself feels sturdy, really premium, like it was put together with care. When i messaged Customer support with a couple questions they responded quickly and clearly. Shipping came in sooner than expected too , and the careful packaging stayed secure the entire way, so the table arrived well protected.

This floating wall shelf has a simple shape but it still feels distinctive, handcrafted in a way that shows up, at least to me. The wood seems solid, the surface stays smooth, and the finishing appears careful. The customer support team helped make the whole process easy, without extra hassle. It showed up quickly in reinforced packaging, and everything was clean organized, and properly protected.

We bought a Handcrafted Solid Wood Dressing Table For Living Room, Brown / 59"W x 32"H x 12"D. While the table is beautiful, the legs are not level, and the table is tilted down to the left and also wobbles when you apply any pressure to the ends. There are small, silver nail heads visible around the top of the table border. Also, the three drawers are hard to open and bind. Costing over $3,000, this is not the quality we expected.

The modern TV stand has clean lines and a polished, architectural vibe that blends really well in the room, it looks. It feels solid, well built, and thoughtfully finished a little too. Customer service communicated clearly when I needed a status update, no runaround. The order arrived promptly, in strong packaging and the parts were safely secured inside.

This company is deceiving. They are not US based company. The phone number is disconnected and if you google the addresses on the website. They are not the stores. The items come from Vietnam.

In person this solid wood coffee table looks even better, i mean the natural grain just feels more alive. The proportions feel balanced and warm, refined too , and the build seems steady with that smooth finish. I had a few questions and the support team replied fast . Shipping was speedy, and the reinforced packaging protected the table really well .

My experience was great. First of all I got a discount. Always appreciated. ET Woodcrafts contacted me with confirmation of the purchase. They sent pictures throughout the making of the tables. Asked if I wanted any changes. The tables were packed in wooden crates for safe traveling and all arrived in perfect condition. They kept me informed when they were shipped and when they would get here. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend. An unusual product and beautiful. Very good quality.

The photo I viewed on the website was very impressive the actual item not so much.The piece I received is very disappointing and not anywhere near the quality I was expecting.The end table looks so bad that I would be embarrassed to display it so I’m putting it in my garage.

I purchased a coffee table. Upon arrival, the coffee table had a scratch and chip - In addition, the coffee table legs were not even by 1/2 inch and tilted sideways.

ET Woodcraft gave me a $200 credit to have a furniture store repair scratch and chip. However, no remedy to fix the uneven legs. Very disappointed in a table that costs $2,000. If you have issues no way to return table since it is shipped from Vietnam.

Follow up 8/17/26: Heard back from ET Woodcrafts and they are giving me an additional credit to pay to even the table. Appreciate the quick response to my review. Received $300 credit to fix the uneven legs.

I had a great experience with EtW Woodcrufts. First of all the TV Stand that we received a week ago and my husband with a help of a friend assembled yesterday is the most beautiful art object in our house, it is gorgeous! The design, the wood grain, the uniqueness of it are just incredible. I also want to praise the customer service. They answered all my questions and accommodated all my requests timely and in a very nice manner. I was shocked when they agreed to change the size of the TV stand ( to enlarge it) even after the stand was practically completed. I can’t thank you enough for it because now it looks absolutely amazing! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

I have this beautiful wardrobe cabinet ET Woodcraft has made. It's the highlight for sure of the room it is in. After I put it together and seeing it I immediately looked on their site for a 6 drawer dresser to go along with the wardrobe cabinet. Yes, I loved it so much I went and now am asking them to customize a 6 drawer dresser. The quality is awesome too. Very sturdy robust build with solid wood with great craftsmanship. I couldn't be happier.

The Coffee table is GORGEOUS!! We haven’t received all the other pieces in the room it will go in so will be sure to post once it’s all put together. We did the dark stained wood and it is an art piece! Thank you!

I liked that idea of "responsibly sourced materials" until I found the table I ordered had powder post beetles. Hours of fun.... so no, I cannot recommend. I did not expect to pay $2000 and receive the added "bonus" of bugs and their larvae. Proper curing and sealing on the part of the manufacturer would prevent this absurd issue.

UPDATE: Manufacturer has offered a totally new replacement at no charge to me. This represents excellent service. Will update when replacement arrives.

I have not ordered anything despite the fact that I really like several of their pieces. They do not respond to email, phone calls, or texts. I'm not sure there's really a business in existence. After reading some of the other reviews, I will definitely look elsewhere for my furniture.

All great things are worth the wait. This is like no other furniture piece you will ever see. Made by real artist craftsmen, using real hardwood. Elegant, functional and will last a lifetime. If you are looking for an incredible furniture piece that grabs your immediate attention, look no further. ET Woodcrafts exceeded our expectations. Well done indeed!
