Had a good experience troubleshooting.

As an early adopter of technology, I have my years experience with Ellipal and other such crypto wallet technology providers. Ellipal is always tenaciously improving their technology and product line, which I respect is an ongoing evolution. Technical support and customer service post-purchases have always followed throug with responsiveness. I hope to see their Titan 2.0 and X-CARD SYSTEM fully and reliably integrated; thus far, almost perfect; a slight hiccup with XRP BIP44 address translation when a given account employing the newer X-CARD SYSTEM to legacy accounts using a 32 character PASSPHRASE; I am confident that Ellipal will fix this soon. As of Titan 2.0 firmware v4.12, this Ellipal account management device works perfectly as it is expected to do in the management of account crypto tokens. One of two of my top pioneers in hardware wallet technology that I use (if you had to know my other top choice: Cool Wallet Pro by CoolBitx). These are the two leaders in hardware crypto wallets; perhaps, Ledger comes in third place. My experienced review for you readers….I would own an Ellipal wallet system! Titan 2.0 and or the newer X-CARD SYSTEM based on your needs for secure reliability, secure redundancy, and added conveniences.

I ordered the 3 card FiFA product. I received the 1 card. No adjusting to my credit for pricing and no comments as to reason. Will I get the two other cards later?

I set this up while being tired, yes I took the card out before the phrase was completed. So overall I enjoyed added security. As a grampa I'd love to pass this wallet..to my kids, and grandkids.. thank you Ellipal..

About a year ago, I purchased XRP and transferred it to my Ellipal wallet. It automatically created the wallet as Non-BIP, which I had never heard of before, but everything was working so I did not think much of it. I could always see the XRP in the Ellipal app under the Non-BIP account and assumed that whenever I wanted to make a transaction, I would simply send it out normally.

Today, months later, I tried sending the XRP to my Coinbase account so I could sell some of it. At first, the app kept telling me that the transaction signing or scanning was incorrect. Because of that, I updated both the Ellipal app and the Titan firmware. After updating, I deleted the wallet from the app so I could reconnect and rescan everything from scratch.

The Titan still accepts my recovery phrase and restores successfully, so the phrase itself appears to be correct. However, after reconnecting everything, the app now shows zero XRP and I can no longer find the wallet that previously held my funds.

I never used a passphrase or extra phrase key, so that should not be part of the issue. Before all of this, I could still see the XRP balance in the app, but the app and Titan did not seem to sync correctly when trying to sign transactions. Now, after clearing and reconnecting everything, all I see are zero balances and I cannot locate the original XRP account that held my approximately 10,000 XRP.

At this point, I am trying to understand what my options are and how to recover access to the original wallet. I do not understand why it was originally created as Non-BIP, and I am unsure whether the firmware update or restoring process changed the wallet type or derivation path. I am looking for guidance on how to recover the original account and regain access to the XRP.

Equipment looks best, but set up instructions contradict between items caused 2 sets of seed phrase. Critical failure. Still waiting for support department to reply with steps to fix problem, unusable until then.

So far being honest and giving a 4 star because I know that is reflecting on how perfect something could be. From setting up the card to registration of that card had been easy. The security is definitely nice to see.

Very happy of the customer support team, they quickly answer, the app is smooth, UI pretty cool, and the hardware wallet is very premium, I'm using it since 8 year without any problem. The charging dock is a must have as the original charging/uploading socket is not very convenient. thanks team !

Zero response from support email address. Seed phrase not working to access cold wallet even though all words are correct
