Great shop with an amazing staff. I have never been disappointed with my visits to Elemental Cards - they have a wonderful variety of products including sealed and singles. They are always very helpful and patient and go out of their way to provide excellent service to their customers and community.

An absolute disgraceful service. Ordered a number of products from these guys and close to launch they decided to breach the terms and conditions by cancelling 95% of the order. Worse still, they didn't refund immediately, meaning I've now incurred fees on my credit card. I shall be looking into this matter further. I'll never use them again and recommend anyone placing orders with these guys in the future do so with the understanding that your order may be cancelled to avoid disappointment. I find it thoroughly disgraceful these guys would sell products that they don't yet have confirmed by their distributors. Be warned.

We’re genuinely sorry that your experience was disappointing.
The order you’re referring to relates to the recent Disney Lorcana: Attack of the Vine release, where distributor allocations were unexpectedly reduced shortly before launch. Across the previous three Lorcana releases we had received over 100 cases, so based on our allocation history we had every reason to believe we would be able to fulfil all customer orders. Unfortunately, our allocation for this release was cut by more than half after pre-orders had already been accepted.
As a result, we made the difficult decision to limit every delivery address to a maximum of one case, allowing as many customers as possible to receive product rather than cancelling some customers entirely. We honoured every remaining case at the original pre-order price of £380, despite the product increasing significantly to over £600 in value before release.
We completely understand your frustration, and we appreciate that having part of an order cancelled is disappointing. However, this was not a decision we wanted to make, nor was it one that benefited us. It was simply the fairest way to distribute the stock we were allocated. As a collector myself, I have absolutely no product to open, so I fully understand your frustration.
Regarding your refund, it was processed as soon as the allocation changes were confirmed. Depending on the payment method and card issuer, refunds can sometimes take several working days to appear, which unfortunately is outside our control.
This experience has led us to make a significant change to our business. To ensure customers are never put in this position again, we have taken the decision to stop accepting online pre-orders for Lorcana products until distributor allocations become more reliable.
We’re proud that this is the first time we’ve had to reduce customer allocations due to supplier shortages, and we sincerely hope the wider hobby returns to a point where situations like this no longer occur.

Friendly staff, great prices, lots of fun.
Attended a Lorcana evening at Elemental Cards. Staff were incredibly friendly, even played a few games with us.
The store stocks some really cool items at great prices and also sells singles trading cards.
I will definitely be going back regularly to support this small business.
