Horrible experience

Horrible experience; never recommend. My family visited the Alvalade gym to see it in person and were told by an employee who saw us outside of the front door that the business did not allow tours. Why would anyone pay to join a gym they have never seen? When we looked at their web site, the first page asks to contact them for a tour! So we did. And ten days and two emails later, they have not responded. Never give your money to a business that is totally unresponsive and has such poor customer policies. There are several other responsive gyms in the Alvalade area. Do not use this one.
