This was my first time ordering as a UK customer, and I received my shoes within a few days via DHL Express. I was very impressed with how neat and tidy the packaging was. However, when I took the shoes out, I noticed the insoles were missing.

I contacted customer service straight away, and they told me they would investigate the issue as it was highly unusual. They later confirmed that the insoles had not been included during packaging. They immediately shipped the correct insoles for my shoes, and they were delivered quickly via FedEx Express.

Overall, I’m a very happy customer. The company handled everything professionally, and I will definitely be ordering from them again!
