1 star that the parcel arrived

1 star that the parcel arrived. And that's too much. They know perfectly well that the transport company they work with is one big scam. MRW reviews on trustpilot 1.1!
I bought a Smeg gas hob from them. The description says delivery within 24-48 working hours! But this is a scam, don't believe these fairy tales. Delivery within 24-48 but days! Not hours.
The order from 13.12.2024 arrived after 3 weeks on 03.01.2025.
The impudent company MRW didn't even bother to deliver to the house, only there was information that it was waiting at the place of destination, which meant a branch of MRW in another city!
Many days wasted waiting for the courier, who arrived exactly 3 weeks later.
They even sent an email on 29.12.2024 that delivery would be on 31.12.2024. Of course, they lied as always!
Finally received today. 3 weeks of eating in restaurants, so in the end the gas hob came out the most expensive of all the stores.
We couldn't cook anything for 3 weeks and the worst was Christmas and New Year's Eve.
I hope that you at electrobueno and MRW will also be in such a situation someday.
Avoid all companies that use MRW, including electrobueno. Never again!

1 estrella porque el paquete llegó. Y eso es demasiado. Saben perfectamente que la empresa de transporte con la que trabajan es una gran estafa. Reseñas de MRW en Trustpilot 1.1!
Les compré una placa de gas Smeg. En la descripción pone entrega en 24-48 horas laborables. Pero esto es una estafa, no os creáis estos cuentos de hadas. Entrega en 24-48 pero días! No horas.
El pedido del 13.12.2024 llegó después de 3 semanas el 03.01.2025.
La descarada empresa MRW ni siquiera se molestó en entregarlo en casa, solo había información de que estaba esperando en el lugar de destino, lo que significaba una sucursal de MRW en otra ciudad!
Muchos días perdidos esperando al mensajero, que llegó exactamente 3 semanas después.
Incluso enviaron un correo electrónico el 29.12.2024 diciendo que la entrega sería el 31.12.2024. Por supuesto, mintieron como siempre!
Finalmente lo recibí hoy. 3 semanas comiendo en restaurantes, así que al final la encimera de gas me salió más cara de todas las tiendas.
No pudimos cocinar nada durante 3 semanas y lo peor fue Navidad y Nochevieja.
Espero que vosotros en electrobueno y MRW también estéis en una situación similar algún día.
Evitad todas las empresas que utilicen MRW, incluida electrobueno. ¡Nunca más!
