Le ventilateur que vous m’avez envoyé ne correspond pas au produit présenté sur votre site. La marque « SUNON » n’apparaît nulle part sur l’étiquette du ventilateur reçu, contrairement aux photographies figurant sur votre annonce, où cette marque est clairement visible. Je m’interroge donc sur l’authenticité du produit qui m’a été livré.
The fan you sent me appears to be counterfeit. The brand name “SUNON” is not mentioned anywhere on the label of the product I received, whereas it is clearly visible in the product photos displayed on your website. Therefore, the item delivered does not match the product advertised. I would appreciate an explanation and a prompt resolution to this issue.
