Our tile was shipped in a very timely manner however upon receiving our order, we had an issue. When I reached out via email, I received a response from Judd within minutes. He immediately resolved the issue. We love our tile and are very impressed with Edward Martin's customer service department. We would use this company for future projects and/or recommend them to friends and family.

Broken tiles. Zero communication on shipping delays. No rush option for shipping. I'll never use your company again. It's ridiculous.

I received a pallet of tiles. The top tiles in the packs looked just fine and they were very securely attached to the pallet so I didn't think to open the boxes. I didn't want to compromise the tiles until they were installed. When we did open the boxes, almost all the tiles were broken in a couple boxes. Because I didn't report this quickly enough, Edward Martin didn't cover the replacement. They did waive the shipping but I was really frustrated because the customer service rep did say 'yes' when I asked... if I'd reported this a couple of weeks ago, you would've covered everything?

We just had another issue with a different company shipping the wrong product for the same project just past their notification date and they fixed the issue right away.

The product is beautiful but the customer service wasn't my best experience.

High quality tile and great delivery process. But shipment took a solid month longer than expected, I was not promptly informed of delays and had to make multiple phone calls for updates so I could get my tile contractor scheduled accordingly. They did provide small refund, but would have been better had it shipped in the original timeframe when I ordered it.

Beautiful, quality tile! Highly recommend despite a back order, some shipping delays and a mix up with customer service that delayed our project several weeks. It was worth the wait.

The worst shipping experience I have ever had. It takes me more than one month to receive everything. Not to mention there were four boxes totally broken. Then another two weeks to receive more boxes.
The customer service team is responsive (thanks them) but they couldn’t make any change or helping me coordinate with the sender. I was calling everyday and they were apologizing everyday. I knew it’s not their fault.

Good product but I will never recommend anyone to buy from the website.

Material are great quality and beautiful BUT you guys really need to improve your order tracking and customer service. We never know when the orders are going to get delivered until they just show up one day, the tracking never updates, and customer service was zero help as all they would tell me is "shipping takes 7-10 business days"

We order a Single Pallet of Tile to be sure it worked - It Exceeded our Expectations

The tile was just as depicted and looks beautiful in our space. The order was delivered when expected and packaged securely.

The tile was hard to find but EM had it. Good customer service. Professional delivery service. Nice tile.

Well, long story… the original order came and had one box of mostly bad tiles, edges not the same on long side of tiles. The other box had mostly good tiles. Both boxes, “Good Tiles”, was not enough to do my project.
So I asked for the replacement of one box. When I got it, it also had bad tiles in the box, EDGES NOT THE SAME on both sides of the same tile. But I had enough “Good Tiles” tiles for my project, new Kitchen Backsplash. I let Customer Service know what the situation was now… and they asked how I wanted to resolve the issue?
I asked for a refund of one box, which I got!!
Thanks to Customer Service I’m a very satisfied customer. Love the Tiles. Happy with Customer Service.
