Placed order on 12 July and still waiting on items to be delivered. Sent 3 emails and not one reply. Never again!

Customer service is shocking

Customer service is shocking. 3 emails, messsged privately on Instagram & Facebook, commented under posts & still no one responded. Took 2 weeks to receive the order, now waiting to return it. Can’t get a returns approval!

Envi1 is a great company, the clothes are top quality, and the looks are amazing definitely one of the best companies and my favourite, great all around and good website, instagram and social media.
