Won’t sell at published price

They publish offers that they are not willing to sell. I saw a set of 3 pieces of luggage at 499,95 but they claim that is an error, still they are obliged by law to sell at the published price.
Customer service could have made up for the mistake, but instead they just said “we’re working on fixing it in the website “.
Scammers.

Thank you for the review.

As you have been informed on the phone and email, there where several prices for these suitcases.
When you search for the luggage, it shows you the item, and the lowest price available.
Then you have to choose in the drop down box what specific size you like.
We agreed, that the title of the suitcases might not be the best, but it is very clear you have to choose the certain size, and then the price change.

såfremt produktet ikke er taget i brug, er du meget velkommen til at returnerer dette. Det købte sengetøj på ordren er i helt almindelig bomuld og ikke en kvalitet i den lave ende.

Delay in overall delivery

I have ordered 2 different pillow. Order was confirmed and waiting for delivery. After 2 days I was told 1 pillow was out of stock. So they could only send 1.
Took around 1 week to settle all this and get final delivery and money back for undelivered pillow,
Overall quality of pillow is good.
